The location was perfect and rooms where clean. But what stood out was the exceptional manager Mr. Alex. He organized three trips for us ( Ha Giang loop, Ha long bay, Na Binh) and everything worked smooth. He responded to my questions on whatsapp within 5 minutes and even got my fathers phone back (he forgot it in the night bus) and sent the phone within 24 hours to ha long bay.

Location. Only five minute walk to the West Lake. Right in the Old Quarter. Convenient to cafes, restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. The hotel staff are all very helpful. Breakfast is good.

I dont like the bed its hard foam and it gives me backaches i dont feel comfortable.

I like staff specifically Cherry she helped me throughout my stay before coming she arranged my picked up from the airport, tours and she very efficient. She always did her best to accommodate the guest needs. The area is also good so many restaurants around. Value for money js also good. Dont forget the breakfast its amazing everyday is a new menu.

We arrived during a critical situation (Yagi typhoon), the staff did their best to make feel us safe and shared an upgraded room. They were very nice and understanding. The room was perfect and we slept very well.

The staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and very accommodating. They even sent one of their staff member to the place we were checking out from (we had issues at our original accommodation and had to leave) to help us and make sure we were OK and that we are transferred safely to their hotel. The location of this hotel was perfect. close to many many of the places we wanted to visit and market. Bed was comfortable and rooms were very clean. I highly recommend this hotel and their staff They even have a spa which is amazing and spa opens till midnight. Thank you to the staff at Ha Noi Lake View for looking after our family

The staff members, especially Huong, Xuan, Luc and the doormen are excellent. You might find hotels with better or worse accommodation at this price range, but I think the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members here are worth a lot more and are what we will remember.

It is very convenient, everything is within walkable distance. My stay maybe short but it was comfortable and memorable with good food and helpful staff. Sir Alex who’s always there to answer all my inquiries and helped me a lot with all my tour bookings.

Great hotel in the centre of all of the old quarter attractions. Very clean staff are amazing especially xuan so helpful and lovely person the breakfast is 5*. We will rebook again soon. Thank you
