It was a small room but I had everything I needed including a kettle and a hairdryer! Shower was good. Breakfast was simple but perfect and most importantly location excellent and the price, great value for money! Staff were kind and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hello Dalat. It was in a lovely location that was quiet but not too far from the lake. The room was small, but having the patio made up for it. No AC was fine as it was cool enough without. Staff were fantastic with helping us arrange onwards travelling and cooking delicious breakfast each morning. Could not recommend here more! No water provided but you could purchase for cheap.

It is a lovely place with very modern fittings. It is in a quiet alley, just off a main street so it was very quiet at night. The room was cool and clean, the bed very comfortable and two pillows each. The showers was superb and hot water immediately. There was a little garage for the motorcycle. There was a good breakfast included of eggs, bread and toast. A really good place to stay and a great nights sleep

The room was very clean and simple, small but very good value for money. The shower was hot and had good pressure and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Location was nice, close to the centre but in an alley to it wasn’t too loud by Vietnamese standards.

Location is down a side street/alley, so it is quiet. The staff were helped us contact the cab company and confirm pricing. For groups of 4: It was the only shared room accommodation type during our trip through all of Vietnam that had two toilet rooms, which was convenient to have. Good value for no frills, basic accommodations

No elevator for large luggages although I think most people who stay travel light. Cars cannot enter the alleyway so carrying things in can be a bit inconvenient. Washroom tiles can be rechalked between the tiles to look new and cleaner. Very thin low quality toilet paper. Windows look directly into other homes. Needs a floor mat for the washroom to keep the room dry and tidy.

Friendly staff, came out to greet and help us carry in the bags from the main road. Little lobby/waiting area is comfy and welcoming. Checking in was easy, beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. Room has smart tv so great room for relaxing and movie nights. Cute night lights for reading and soften the ambiance. Big windows, natural light and sodas, water and noodles available very cheap downstairs. Room had 2 washrooms with shower and toilets. Walking around area is a bit tight but good for short term stay. Centrally located, close by lots of shops, cafes, restos. Also great bonus a few steps from the door is a very popular authentic dalat cuisine sturgeon fish that has line ups each night. The grilled sturgeon is a must try.

The property is well-located, with a lot of lil cafes and restaurants around. The staff were super nice and helpful and went an extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was simple but decent. The bathroom was clean and I found all the necessary toiletries there.

the hotel room was very nice, the bes was extremely comfy, breakfast and staff were excellent. There was laundry service available, wifi was very good and doors worked with magnet and card, I felt safe and comfortable moving around.

The owner is very friendly + helpful and speaks very good english. The location of the hostel is near the center and only a few minutes away of Xuan Huong Lake by feet. The hostel itself was easy to find and clean. Also there is water available to buy in the lobby.

Very big and bright room with comfy bed and 2 showers/toilets! Breakfast was OK, best coffee I ever had! Hosts were very friendly, always helpful. Quiet location, but not far from centre.

The room was a bit damp. No AC but there was a fan. The shower is next to toilet and because of the humidity it took forever to dry.

The room was big enough, the bed was thick futon which we liked. We had two toilets with shower. The breakfast was bread, eggs, fruits and coffee/tea which was good. The staff were really friendly, helped us to book a bus. Good location, nearby lots of different restaurants.

Room was lovely, bright and big! Bed confortable and big, 2 toilets and 2 sinks and also good space to leave my clothes for a couple days. We rented a motorbike at a very good price. Breakfast was eggs (at your liking) and fruits + coffee. Very happy!
