The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, floor was still sandy even after housekeeping. But because they were so pleasant, we overlooked it.

We received a very warm welcome and good service. The best part is the location, very near Ancient town and other shops and restaurants. The breakfast ala carte was good.

the staff are amazing!! incredibly helpful, friendly and insightful to all things Hoi An. The property is very close to the old town but not too close that you feel surrounded by the noise and tourist it attracts. Pool area was also very nice.

Amazing staff who learnt our names and greeted us everyday - felt genuinely welcoming. One day we used the pool and as soon as we approached the bubbles were turned on and towels were brought out - really anticipating what we needed. Lovely facilities, really enjoyed our room and would stay again!

our experience with this hotel was 5* - the owner was so lovely and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Our friends got engaged this trip and they upgraded their room for free and added cute flowers in the room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Central hotel - walking distance to the centre and all the markets/river.

Wonderful location with kind and welcoming staff. Within walking distance of everything you could need and they arrange for rides if needed. The room is very clean with great water pressure, complimentary items and cold AC.

Exceptional place to stay in Hoi An. Staff are absolutely amazing. The communication with the hotel was just perfect. The pick up and drop off from Da Nang airport was very reasonably priced (compared to when I asked around independent cars in Hoi An) and it was very smooth.

the host and staff were super friendly, we arrived and got a nice cup of tea, got even invited to share lunch with them (because of the TET new years). the room was really clean and location also good (just 10mns walking from city centre). We could use the bicycles for free, and got a nice little present when we left. We felt really at home. It was the best stay for us in Vietnam.

the location was great, beds very comfy and shower clean with good water pressure. Very important after a long day. The ladies running the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Provided us with towels after we got stuck in the rain and always ready with a nice passion fruit juice. Will definitely stay there again!

the sweetest people we have met! the shower was AMAZING. We had a really nice christmas dinner with everyone of the hotel and it was really well arranged. The walking distance to the old centre is maybe 2 minutes, but you are still in a quiet erea. We would definitely book this hotel again!

Great hotel. Room was clean and bathroom really nice great shower. The staff are the best part of the stay - will help with anything and very friendly. Helped us with tours, transfers, bikes everything. Book and enjoy.

- Excellent location, just a short walk to the centre of the Old Town. - Room & bedding was really clean, housekeeping was daily. Shower had good pressure and hot water. - Great facilities in the hotel. We availed of the laundry service, had a full body massage and our taxi to the airport. It was very handy that this was all added to the bill at the end of our stay. - Staff were exceptional! They could not have done any more for us if they tried! We felt so at home here. When we arrived back to the hotel we were always greeted with a welcome drink. We need to give a special mention to Liêndanh, she made our stay extremely memorable! - The hotel should have a higher ranking than 2 stars. We got better than 5 star treatment here!

The staff are so friendly, they address you by your name and I even had a text message when I was later than I said I would be for checking in to the hotel, to make sure I was okay. nothing is too much trouble. I have been to vietnam twice and this is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Breakfast was Amazing. I liked that you can just help yourself to beer and soft drinks or snacks and if just gets added to the bill. When it was pouring rain they gave us big umbrella’s to use. There was pool inflatables and ball too to play with. The hotel had a safe, homely feel. I would definitely recommend!!

The rooms are too small and we only chose this hotel because of the balcony.....what happened is that all the balconies are turned to the inside hall of the hotel. We really didn't like it and we felt deceived by the hotel advertisement.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is amazing and very helpful. The breakfast is also great!
