We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location in the old town. Our room was quiet even though it was directly behind the reception desk. Great breakfast buffet. We didn’t used the po as the weather was a bit cool but it looked clean and nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was our favourite hotel to stay. Could not fault it. Beautiful hotel, stunning gardens, very helpful staff, yummy brekky, clean, comfortable and great location. We changed our booking at the last minute from another place based on reviews of both places (the other being mostly negatives) and we were so so glad we did. They even upgraded our room for the first night which was wonderful.

Located right in old town of hoi an. Our rooms had massive super king beds and rooms were so spacious. The free pedal bike use was our favourite. Best way to get around hoi an at your own pace. Would definitely stay here again

Hoian Central Hotel is a delight with wonderful staff and just a lovely quiet oasis in the buzz of Hoi an. So lovely it (not me) convinced my husband to commit to return next year for a longer stay. Can’t wait to return.

Really beautiful decoration created a lovely relaxing environment for our stay. Very helpful staff and beautiful garden which we overlooked from the balcony in our room. Very happy we stayed here - it fitted the ambience of Hoi An and helped make our holiday there even more special.

One downside was the room's ambiance. It felt quite dark, and the restricted view was a bit disappointing. I would have appreciated more natural light and a better outlook to enhance the overall experience. While the location and quietness were appreciated, I think future guests would benefit from rooms that offer brighter environments and better views. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement in the room selection.

The location is fantastic, situated conveniently close to the ancient town and bustling market, making it easy to explore the local culture and attractions. The rooms are of decent size, providing ample space to relax after a day of sightseeing. I found them to be comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. Although I didn’t take advantage of the pool during my stay, I noticed it was a lovely amenity to have, especially on those hot days. It seemed like a great spot to unwind and cool.

Bit of noise at night, sounded like a cat running down the hallway or something? Not sure, but woke us up a few times. Breakfast was average.

Amazing value for money! For the price this hotel is perfect - spacious room, walking distance to everything in Hoian, and friendly staff. The pool area was beautiful and they even brought us fruit while we were sunbathing which was sweet.

Pool closes early and we didn't have much opportunity to use it.

Breakfast was good, not great. But so convenient to have breakfast in the hotel and the tables are on the patio which is really nice. There were some language barriers but staff was accommodating.

The beds are a little on the hard side for our liking.

This was our second stay here. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. The hotel is so centrally located to the ancient town and everything is in walking distance. The breakfast is better than most and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel facilities are good and the rooms are very spacious.

Excellent hotel, pefect in every way. Location was in the heart of the old town, the staff were excellent and so helpful, with suggestions on what to do and see, I found this extremely valuable. The hotel was quaint, charming, private and has retained an old fashioned feel whist being comfortable with modern facilities. They even provided free bikes and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be staying again the next time I visit Hoi An.

This hotel was very centrally located in the old quarter of Hoi An. It ended up exceeding our expectations. We chose it because of the location and the gardens. However upon arrival, found that it was an incredibly beautiful building as well. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, in ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

The most friendly and accommodating, professional staff, lovely green garden with flowers everywhere, very well maintained, huge bed, beautyful antique colonial-style villa, very convenient location, rooms in the back are very quiet with lits of private balconys, lovely pool, nice fresh breakfast with daily soup, choice of warm dishes, eggs, fruit etc etc.

Stayed. In a fabulous king bedroom at the rear of the hotel. Great bed, very quiet and excellent service from the HCH team. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Pool is clean, lots of parking and a stunning foyer. Will return to HCH. Swimming pool, tour options and afternoon drinks.

I love the hotel size as it never feels crowded even though we can see it is well occupied unlike some larger hotels. The location was very good for exploring the old town. As we were staying in the deluxe rooms on the highest floor, having a lift would be good but since it's only 3 floors, it's acceptable for us.

It started with our needs being met with our room. Then the gentleman doing the gardening with such care. Don’t get me started on the eating area. So diligent each and every one of them, I loved the garden oasis in the middle of a busy city. Our room was fit with everything .
