The mattress is not really comfortable but that is it. The rest is just great at this homestay!

Ngoc has a really nice homestay in Hoi An. Perfectly nice location, rather calm area, around 10min walk to the main area of lampions at the river. She is so helpful, whatever you need, she is there for you and helps you. Just like her mother, also really nice and prepares the very delicious breakfast (we recommend the banana pancake, the omelettes and the fruit bowl).

Everything was wonderful!

We had the best time at Hoi An Dat Cam Homestay! It is run by the loveliest family, and everything about it exceeded our expectations. The breakfasts were delicious, the house and rooms super clean, and while the neighborhood was very quiet at night, Old Town is just a short walk across the river. They were extremely helpful and a one-stop shop for laundry, water, tours and trips, etc. We'll definitely be returning the next time we are in Hoi An!

On a few nights (we stayed more than a week) we could hear the neighbours karaoke at night, but never too loud or till late and not something the host could do anything about, it is Vietnam after all!

First of all the family is so friendly and welcoming, they always smile and help with anything you need. The location is nice, in a quiet street but close to the old town. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast every day was delicious, I highly recommend the Quang noodle. The cost of services like transport and drinks was very reasonable, in fact, it was cheaper than using Grab

The staff is extremely nice. They offer very good breakfast included in the price of the room. The location is perfect. It is quiet but only 5 minutes walk to the historic center. Overall very good value for money.

We stayed 3 nights and loved it. The family here was nice and helpful, the rooms were great and it's very close to the old town of Hoi An. Our daughter Carla (5 y.o) became good friends with Moon, the daughter of one of the family members here. we had a great time and would recommend this homestay to anyone.

Location! Friendliness! Value! This is my second time staying at Hoi An Dat Cam. It is as much enjoyable as the first time around. Honestly although advertised as a "homestay", I find HADC to be of much better value than many so-called hotels (and definitely other "homestays") on my trip. Will mostdef stay with them again, and recommending to all my friends and family should they visit Hoi An.

Breakfast is very basic - you can choose between eggs and pancake but no fruit, which I would have appreciated.

The homestay looks very nice , my room was not as in the pictures but still comfy and with proper ac . The owner helped me to organize an excursions to the Marble Mountain, which exceeded my expectations ( expect to be with many other tourists , though)

Mattress needs replacing. Found ourselves locked inside the property late at night (gate was fully locked), assume they thought we were in for the evening but would expect to be able to leave the property any time I wished.

Brilliant location, just a few minutes walk and you're in the old town! Lovely breakfast which was included. Friendly staff with helpful map when you arrive. Owners daughter has a tailors which we recommend if you want to get some clothes made.

Perfect location, just away from the bustle of Hoi An. Rooms were big, airy and clean. When one air-conditioning unit wasn't working in was immediately dealt with. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Located in a quiet part of town, an easy walk across a bridge to the main part of town. Large spacious room with big windows. Efficiently run by a very friendly family. The grandma, who spoke limited English, was there most all the time. Her daughter spoke fluent English, was there part time, and was readily available by Whatsapp. Nice included breakfast in their outdoor area. Rented a bike from the homestay one day and rode thru town and past rice paddies to An Bang beach - recommended.
