Great location for old town with really helpful staff, could not do enough for you. Only down side was location for noise if you are a light sleeper on a night time from noisy bars from other side of water

Lovely staff, very helpful. Breakfast is nice. I am sorry i forgot the name but the guy who makes breakfast took good care of us. Very humble and always smiling. Other staff including the ones on the reception was really warm and welcoming. Location is good, not too noisy, neither too far from old town. Lots of nice eatieris around. Hotel provided free bicycle to explore, loved it. They also provide motorbikes on rental.

The bathroom towels were torn and since our room was on ground next to kitchen and breakfast area , too noisy in the mornings and loud talks can be heard. The AC Is the room was being turned on and off disrupting sleep .

The hotel is situated in a very good position right outside the old city. It is very convenient to walk there and you can actually find whatever you need in walking distance. The stuff was very friendly and provided us with a lot of information about potential tours and visiting sites. They can also book taxi services and arrange all transport for you at a reasonable price.

Remote of the ac did not work properly. It can be loud in the night due to the proximity to the bars opposite the river but great location!

The hotel charges 3% surcharge fee for paying by credit card. The food has limited variety but it's enough to fill up the energy in the morning. Only standard food like drinks tea & coffee, breads, eggs, fruits, cold meat, noodle soup (not always available everyday) & 2 types of hot food that is not even hot because the warmer is not functioning. Have to ask kitchen staff to reheat it. There are small moths flying around the fruits and on the fruits.

Very good location close to the main ancient town & night market. Eventhough the room design looks old but it was clean, cozy and spacious. Everything works well. The receptionist Lisa was very welcoming and friendly. The kitchen staff was very attentive & polite too. The hotel provides free bikes for guests to use.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed here for a month. The staff were fantastic. Very helpful. Booking tours through them was so easy. Highly rate this hotel. Will stay here again.

Julie on reception is exceptionally kind and speaks excellent English. Rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and have mini fridge with mini bar, hot shower, AC and hairdryer. The location is overlooking the river where the nightlife is, but far enough away noise isn't really an issue. Literally 1-2 mins walk to the centre of the river area with restaurants and bars. Can't fault my stay there at all. Superb and great value for money

All was good

Staff were amazing so helpful. They organised a busfor us to Nha Trang and recommended a tailor and sightseeing. They knew who we were and were so Friendly. Bed comfy and room was comfortable and clean. Great location especially for uses we only stayed 1 night in Hoi An
