Hong Hao Hostel and Motorbikes is great! We had an excellent motorbike tour around the Ha Giang Loop and two comfy nights stay at the hostel before and after. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

Maybe because its focus is on westerners so Vietnamese will feel unwelcomed here!

The bed is comfortable, the shower room has hot/cold water. Breakfast is amazing and is served like a buffet party. They have motorbikes for rent with different styles

The toilet was a bit broken and I had to put my hand in the dirty toilet tank to flush the toilet.

Perfect one night stay before the loop in Ha Giang. Spacious room and nice area downstairs to work on your laptop or eat some food.

Only stayed for 1 night before doing Ha Giang loop but it was comfortable enough and perfect for what I needed.

Some staff members seemed a bit confused sometimes leading to misunderstandings. When the tours start or end, the lobby is very full with all the people waiting, so it gets very loud.

The room was nice with good shower, desk etc. Good WiFi, nice breakfast (buffet with fried egg, baguette bread, Jam, fruit and fresh cucumber, coffee, tea, cream puffs)

The doors to the rooms are made of glass and have no sound proofing, I could hear all the chatter, also as its glass the hallway light shines through so had to sleep with a t shirt over my eyes.

The beds were quite good and they’re all isolated (with their own curtains), which makes them very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helped us arranging the Ha Giang loop with their own group. Guide, easy rider and group was fantastic.

Common Shower and bathroom are terrible, dirty, and not women and men separated, which this is something inconceivable. Also, it is not ventilated. If you are looking to get desieses, the common shower is a perfect place

Nice hostel: big rooms, quiet, comfortable bed, good toilet. Also the breakfast is a good buffet. They rent motorbikes and organize Ha Giang Loop adapted to your needs. In our case, we had only 1 day and they arranged riders for doing 1 day trip. Very recommended!!

We wanted to go on the Ha Giang Loop tour and the hostel organised everything including transport to and from Hanoi. The staff were friendly and the beds were the comfiest we'd had in all our accommodation. Great value for money!

Do not spend more than one day here, and objects seem to disappear easily (I lost two objects and heard other travelers also loose things)
