Everything was exceptional. Need to check more details of upkeep of property rooms. Wherever there is a need to polish or keeping housekeeping 5 star rating. There even small details have to be corrected

Ambience , exceptional layout not like any other five star facility. Gave feeling of relaxing comfort , stay with calm mind and filled with sootiness of comfort. Money worth spent

Rooms are very outdated, we were in the residence part - definitely needs to be refreshed. The staff in the restaurants hardly speak any English, so communication is very difficult. Our check in was delayed by 30min and I was offered a couch in the lobby for my baby to nap on? I thought its ridiculous. Its very expensive - drinks and food.

The property is located at a beautiful beach and it is well maintained. We did love that there is such a big focus on families and kids and so many activities organized for them daily. The food in the kids menu is well balanced and delicious. We loved the grounds of the resort - big playground, kids pool and the list goes on.

Check in is officially at 3pm, I messaged well in advance that we would we arrive at 12:30, but we still had to wait till 2:45pm. Given that checkout is around 12noon, I thought hotel could have been more efficient at organising a slightly earlier checkin

It was a little bit remote and a half hour cab ride into Hoi An. We were constantly backwards and forwards having garment fittings so it was quite costly.

This is a fantastic resort. It's very kid friendly, with an excellent kids' club and lots of activities. There are several swimming pools and the facilities are all high quality. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is also a good selection of restaurants in the resort.

It was a bit difficult to navigate the property or know where everything was. There could be more signs. The breakfast was almost the same everyday.

I lied the proximity to the ocean and the design of the rooms and property. The engineering department staff fixed our baby stroller.

Beautiful resort and the food was nice. Polite and friendly staff but at times service was a bit disorganised probably due to CNY holiday crowd- like waiting for long time for the bill or the food, or mistaken our orders. But overall pleasant stay. And the beach is amazingly clean and beautiful

It felt a bit like staying in an apartment block. The fittings inside our room were basic and not very good quality. Very uncomfortable couch and chairs. Dining table and chairs are basic. Bed was comfy though and that’s the main concern in a hotel room. Don’t bother with the club option. Only offers water or soft drinks through out the day, no food items at all. Cocktail hour isn’t worth the extra you pay. Particularly if you aren’t in the property at that time every day which we weren’t.

The pool’s and beach were outstanding. It is a very large property so there are a lot of outside options. Breakfast was great! Staff are very helpful.

This is out of Hyatt’s control, but we were unlucky to arrive during a week of non stop rain. The resort having a beach front was really windy so I felt we couldn’t enjoy the amenities like we hoped.

Breakfast could be better, it is more Asian than international. Would be nice to have some variety of cheese, smoked salmon etc. Was expecting the club to be a place to have a cocktail and chill before dinner but instead it was like a canteen where everyone brought kids to feed them. Would be nice if the hotel management changes the concept of the club.

Facilities: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Hotel staff were very friendly and kind. Beach was nice but couldn’t spend much time there as it rained every day.
