It would have been good to know on the room description that our window was just to an outside wall so no natural daylight. We did notice a few ants in our room near the headboard Us and a couple of other guests noted that a puppy was kept in a cage almost constantly through our stay and it would have been nice to see it with more comfort and being let out for walks. We worried about it

Great location and quiet overnight even with the busy streets close by. Moon was lovely and helpful for all our questions. Breakfast was tasty and the fruit selection was delicious

Can get a bit loud during nightime due to the proximity to Bui Vien street (it wasn’t too bad), entry door is made mostly of frosted glass allowing some light to pass through during night, shower drain seemed a bit clogged. We also noticed some small red ants on the countertop in the room, but the room seemed clean overall.

Credit card surcharge, the noise (dog, people, thumping the party street, a crazy guy had a complete fit at 3 am), The breakfast was not enough, the fact that they made you pay when you checked-in or they wanted to hold your passport in the unguarded front desk, and lots of other small problems.

First, I think their policy of charging a surcharge of 3% on the credit card without it being anywhere on Booking.com (they could put it under policies or payment) is not right. If you are going to charge ir, tell us so we expect it. We asked to go to bank machine and they said they would have to hold our passport. The hotel was a bit expensive for what you got (breakfast was small and the bread with the eggs didn't even come with butter or Jam and No meat. Overall, a nice room and always smiles at the front desk, but they could not do anything that was not in the policy.

Although the hotel itself is on a quiet street, it is very close to a noisy street: at night you can hear music (not very loud) and because of the crowds of people luring people into the establishments it can be uncomfortable to go to the hostel.

At first I didn't notice that it was a hostel and booked a room. But upon arrival, it turned out to be a private room. The room was quite nice, with everything you need inside. Someone was always at the reception 24/7 Breakfast was very nice and tasty. There is a laundry option at a comfortable price. Great thanks to receptionist Moon: she was very professional and friendly at the same time, gave recommendations on places worth visiting.

I wish my room could be choosing from option of either the second twin bed or the couch area and that would be perfect.

Family run hostel and all the staff were really helpful. Nice to have some fruit at check in and again with breakfast. Good choices for breakfast. Twenty minute walk to main attractions in district one, but plenty of things to do locally. Ten minutes from Ben Thien market

It is our own fault for not noticing this when checking the location, however it is really close to Walking Street so you can hear the music at night. This wasn’t a problem, just make sure you have ear plugs!

The hostel is very good value for money as it basically like a hotel with private rooms. It was clean and has everything you need. Moon on reception is lovely and provided some really good recommendations for the area.

Wonderful days in Saigon I recommend this hotel to people who want to stay in the city center next to all the attractions the city has to offer. Noisy because of the noise coming from the walking street. In the room, the door doesn’t close because the bed is in the way 😅

The room on the top floor was a bit noisy because of the nearby Bui Vien. We were moved downstairs and the room was very quiet
