We booked a junior suite and initially were assigned to one on the first floor. The room was quite dark and the groundskeepers walked just behind the window to water the yard. We asked if there were any junior suites available on higher floors and got moved to a one with great views to the rice fields and buffalos. We thought the hotel is away from the city noises as it is on the outskirts, but apparently there is a private home right up the road where people enjoy playing loud music until 1am. The gym was big, but too hot to use during the day and there were only extremely small towels and no disinfectant there.

The room was big and bed comfortable, views of the rice fields were great, nice pools for lounging. The breakfast was very good. The hotel grounds have amazing greenery. There was good laundry service happy hour. Overall a very nice hotel to stay at when exploring Hoi An.

Great hotel, 5 star vibes, spa was also good. Attentive staff.free ride to main city and beach was helpful. Breakfast was good and had few local items so it helps you try the local things without hunting fo them.

Very charming and quiet hotel decorated with taste. Very large rooms, very clean. Super comfortable beds. Staff is lovely. Free bicycles to go to town. Only a 10 minutes ride to the historical centre. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel and rural location just outside Hoi An but within a short cycle or shuttle bus trip there. Great room, we were upgraded to a triple with terrace. Lovely bath and separate shower. Staff here are just lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a varied selection to cater for all tastes. We would have loved to have relaxed by the pool but unfortunately the weather has been unusually chilly.

Possibly a bit far from Old Town for some people but I found it very relaxing

Set out in a quieter area among rice fields. Hired bicycle and went for most of the day it was awesome. Shuttle bus to and from Old Town was really handy. Staff were great

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Legacy Resort, from the moment we checked in until we checked out. We booked adjoining rooms with a beautiful garden view for a few days, and the hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Room Had a nice view of the garden with the swing and summer shower. It was nice waking up to that. The landscaping is simply breathtaking, making you feel as though you're in a serene botanical garden. The resort features two lovely pools, as well as bars and restaurants that cater to your needs. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delightful, and we were touched by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay even more special. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the hotel for the amazing memories we created during our time there. We left with full hearts, and we can't wait to return in the future.

The pool towels were worn out and had some holes on them. They served their purpose but I mention this because it was the only detail that didn’t match the resort’s quality.

The hotel is just amazing! The rooms are beautiful and fully equipped! Every single corner of the resort is just a piece of heaven. The staff is friendly and always available to help you get a great experience.

Beautifully designed in harmony with nature. Rooms were exceptional- traditional but stylish and high quality. Gardens were beautiful The service was so attentive but not too much. I must mention the F& B manager (Mr Lu) was magnificent and had a great, happy team especially the Bar supervisor- it was like being with old friends!!!!❤️❤️ And the food is also fantastic

The shuttle does not run into the night/ not very frequent- so often you need to get a taxi into town.

The lighting in the room could be a little brighter. Especially in the evening you need a flashlight to look into your luggage and cupboards. Just putting one or two standing floor lamps would do.

No swimming towels available. I went at 8.30am and the pool man said no towels available. I went back at 4pm. Again no swimming towels available.

There were some minor issues here and there but nothing serious, for example, the hotel ran out of pool towels during two days. I have never seen this. But this did not make our stay less comfortable.

My stay was almost perfect. The staff is friendly and pays attention to details. The villa room is amazing and provides great sense of zen. However, the rooms are very close to each other so you always have to draw the one side's curtain , which is a pity because you lose the sunlight and the view on the nature.
