Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Absolutely loved the experience here - great customer services from car drop off to checking out. You are made to feel like you are taken care of. Super professional, clean, and easy. Gym was great - has a good amount of the, better than your average hotel gym. Breakfast was really good - highly recommend. Super diverse selection and actually tasted pretty good. 12PM check out is great for a leisurely exit. View was amazing At this price, was much better than some of the other hotels in HCMC that was at a similiar price. Wish I was in Saigon longer so I could have stayed longer!

Everything about this hotel, from the perfect location in District 1 with massive views of the Saigon River and Cau Ba Son bridge, to the kind and caring staff is top shelf. The room was modern and linens were spotless. They made us feel right at home. The pool was lovely, with delicious cocktails and food available with just a glance at the friendly pool staff. The breakfast buffet was incredible with so many tasty western and Asian options. They accommodated our late checkout and arranged a taxi to the airport. We wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel.

Classic reception area and dining area for breakfast light and airy with soothing background piano music. Breakfast choices were superb. Great river view from the room. Nice pool and sun terrace. Above all, the staff were all amenable and professional in their work. The beaming smile from the young lady greeting me at the breakfast reception every morning provided a lovely start to the day.

The thing I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Everybody on the reception desk was helpful and friendly Tanya, Emily Candy and most importantly Mia. Mia was my main reception contact, she helped me check in early (there is a fee but completely worth it) and gave me an amazing room with a fabulous view of the river. Nothing was ever a problem. I hope hotel Lotte really value her as a staff member. But you could tell all of the reception staff wanted your stay to be as comfortable and happy as possible. Besides the staff the property was very spacious and clean. There was everything you needed including a fitness centre, a swimming pool and several restaurants. Breakfast is good and plentiful also. The hotel is also in an excellent location. It's close to everything but quiet enough to be away from really busy places.
