The staffs were all amazing and so helpful, and all of them. And the location was superb, close to the night market and really good restaurants and so affordable and so good. I would only check the drainage in the shower as it's slow to get rid of the water.

Beautiful room, well thought out design. Most comfortable bed we slept on in Vietnam and seemingly unlimited hot water (which is pretty uncommon in Vietnam). Spotlessly clean. Location was perfect too: close to west lake, old quarter and in weekends very close to the night market! The restaurants in the neighbourhood were a lot more local, which we loved. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Can only recommend.

Hotel and the room was very clean, they have attached the actual photos of hotel and rooms. Breakfast was nice and good spread. They didn’t forget to give us breakfast pack since we had to checkout early morning to go to airport. Staff were nice and attentive, they could understand and speak English. gave us all the details about area and helped us through out. They were nice enough to give us a room upgrade and a souvenir. Hotel is located very close to old quarter. Just a 5-7 mins walk.

The staff were wonderful, the Hotel was such a relief having had to move out of a nightmare (The Le Foyer) which was a death trap. The attention to detail and the fire safety was amazing, and I actually felt safe. so much so that we came back to it after a cruise. Very very happy with it. And the first time I would fully recommend.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Staff members go an extra mile from the moment you check in. The rooms are a bit small and given how new this hotel is, it's surprising there are already signs of amortisation.

Very very friendly staff, accomodating every request and always ready to help us. The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants, cafes, stores, and even markets at a walking distance. Also, the bed was very comfortable.
