Location and the view from the homestay were great, last day it wasn’t foggy and we enjoyed the full view by chilling in the balcony. Also the host Linh was very helpful to us and warm. Thank you for everything:)

Linh is a very nice host. The location is perfect if you want to avoid the crowdy centre of Sapa. The view on the mountains is fantastic. The room is good with a good bed.

The hike up the little side road to leave the homestay is brutal but short!

Incredible view and lovely balconies to sit and enjoy it. Room was very comfortable with little things like a kettle and extra blankets to make it extra homey. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent host Linh, whipped up a hot meal of fried rice and veggies having arrived past 9pm when she found out we haven't had dinner on the bus ride from Hanoi.

We have great stay in Mintu home. The owner is very nice and friendly, helps to organize transportation and treks. She can also prepare tasty breakfast. Mintu is ca 15 min walk to Sapa centre, in quiet location with amazing view on valley and Fansipan! Room was basic, but quite comfortable and clean, with balcony.

The rooms didn’t really look that nice, the location is a little remote, a little hard to get there with bags, and throughout our stay there seemed to be some sort of smoke or fog with a strange smell covering the valley that made it impossible to enjoy the view, except in the morning.

The view was great, which is why we booked the room in the first place.

the owner speaks english perfectly, would arrange anything you need- breakfast, trip advice, tickets to Fansipan furnicular, transport. perfect value for money! ps: heated bed was fantastic after cool days

There's a steep slope for 5min before the accomodation, but Linh was really helpful to ferry our luggage upslope by motorbike when we were checking out.

We sat outside on the veranda patting cats while enjoying the tranquillity and amazing view 😍. Mintu home was great value for money and the staff were helpful and friendly. It's also a short walk to a scenic eatery nearby.

Room/ amenities is generally basic (acceptable for price!). Notwithstanding, room is clean.

host - the place is run by Linh, whose family stays on the second floor of the homestay. She was born and raised in the surrounding villages of Sa Pa - her English is fluent, and she is a fun, interesting person to speak with. location - if you want to stay in Sa Pa town for convenience (access to bus station, food, cable car), this is the place to be. Sitting on the balcony during a rainy, foggy morning was a highlight of the trip itself. It is a bit out of the way, but the nearest stretch of restaurants + massage places is within a 10 min walk.

This thing is not really big deal for us, as after sunset and become dark, there will be some insect come to the room, but we always close it so only some of them inside the room. But as this homestay, using like nature theme, i think thats could be some experience too for the guest

The views from the room really amazing. Got spacious room for 3 of us. And the owner really helpful, you can share and ask anything you need in Sapa, she will ready to help. Overall, i'm really satisfied with our 4 night stay at the homestay, thank you much! 🙏

Best homestay we had so far during our travels. The owner was super nice. Location is a little bit outside, away from the ugly hotel complexes but still 5 minutes walk to the inner city. The view from the room was breathtaking

We don’t know what kind of animal was that, maybe rat or mouse. However something was running in between ceiling overhead.

Price for the room was adequate. What we really liked was the balcony with beautiful views. For the breakfast you can choose scrambled eggs or pancakes, each for 60k VND. Location for us was no problem but it takes some time to get into centre of town and it is also quite steep.

It required a steep walk to get the the town. This was good and bad, good because it meant it was quieter and away from the massive amount of construction taking place in Sapa.

Wonderful host. She is friendly, honest and very helpful with every request. Best host we met whilst in Vietnam. Great views into the valley, but a bit of a walk uphill to get to the town for dinner.
