The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they were prompt in assisting with anything you needed. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food and beverages for all tastes. The pool area was clean and had a nice view across the river. The location was excellent and just across the bridge from the old town, although the narrow walkway on the apron of the bridge (out of the hotel’s control) could be challenging depending on the traffic.

Beautiful place however it would be nice to have information about hotel in room I.e. what the menu is what you could order for reservations I’m service etc also would have liked to sit and relax at bar but was way too expensive when you compare places outside hence it was always empty

Perfect location-just a 2 min walk into the main HoiAn ancient town. Hotel located in a quieter area with a wonderful view of the river and the boats. Pool and bar were lovely. Staff were really friendly and the Breakfast had great options and really delicious.

Compared to the size of the Resort, the gym was too small.

This property is located next to the river with a very nice walking track in front of it in order to access the old town. You have to cross a bridge with a very narrow sidewalk, which pumps the heart every time.

The walk across the bridge each time you left the hotel was a bit scary due to the traffic and the narrowness of the pedestrian walk on the bridge. Plan your outings!

The accommodation was lovely but choose your room wisely. We had a deluxe room (which is their most basic I think) and our view was of a wall. We could never not have the light on. Make sure you don’t stay in room 206 (possibly 106 & 306 too as there are three floors). The rooms with river/pool views look to be the nicest, probably check out the supplement!

The standard of service was exceptional. This was the best hotel we experienced during our stay at a number of locations over Vietnam. Location very good, near to the town but very quiet on an evening. Food excellent, we enjoyed a couple of evening meals which were lovely. The breakfast was exceptional and they seemed to cater for anything you could think of. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks

We made our reservation when the property was Bay Resort. We were pleased that the new owners honored our reservation on the original terms. I don't know how the prices and thus value have changed. But this property may be worth paying extra for, given the quality and unique location.

We chose this hotel/resort for the location, and it could not have been better. We could enjoy the sights and sounds of the Old Town and river from the property (and even from one of our river-facing rooms) and it was so easy to walk over to it. Our teenagers could come and go as they pleased, and we were back and forth for fittings for our custom clothing whenever needed. We had no concerns about security. The lobby staff were very kind, as were the restaurant staff at those amazing breakfasts. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we are so fortunate as to return to Hoi An.

Despite a couple of complementary water bottles each day in your room the complex lacks enough available fresh water fill stations throughout the complex to refill if and when needed.

Facilities are excellent, great gym, pool areas. Location is perfect across the river from old town next to a bridge so out of hustle and bustle however taking advantage of the lights and river setting. Breakfast offers a large selection in a relaxed environment.

The standard of both building, amenities and service provided by this Resort were excellent. Situated on the river frontage, the Resort provides a clear view of the old town and the colourful night time river activities. Access to the old town is either short walk across the nearby bridge or a shuttle service provided by the Resort. All the staff we met were exceptional. A few examples, first at our first meal the Executive Chef introduced himself and asked if we had any special menu preferences in addition to the great food on offer. Second, I arrived for breakfast with the onset of a cold and a waitress noticed and suggested a green tea might help. Later back in our room there was a unexpected knock on the door. It was one of the reception staff with a packet of Fishermans Friends for me. A memorable act of thoughtfulness. In addition to the swimming, massage and bar services, the Resort also provided a Vietnamese coffee making making class, this was educational and enjoyable.
