Nothing to mention about, everything was good!

The homestay was a really nice, and quiet place. The location was quite far from the old city, but they had motorbike rentals for affordable price (150k) for a day and also bicycles available. We personally loved to stay outside of the hustle and the bustle of the town so for us this homestay was an amazing choice. The room was quiet and cozy, we had a really good night sleeps in here. Also the room was huge and the bathroom also. Water pressure was good and wifi worked well. They also helped us to book a bus from Hoi An to Ninh Binh and everything went absolutely great with that! I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone that wants a bit quiet time during their stay in Hoi An.

the door to the corridor was not soundproofed, so you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the building! The manager of the facility said he can rent a bike for me and told me to wait, after half an hour I asked him how’s the bike situation and he said I can rent one somewhere outside the hotel - I don't know why he made me wait so long then! on the day of arrival I asked if I could count on early check-in, they said yes. I arrived earlier and it turned out that they didn't have a room for me after all and I had to wait… the location is far from the center

Nipa is very relaxing and quiet, great place to be after a busy time travelling and seeing the cities. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Lovely beds, linen, towels. Pool idyllic. Local restaurants you can walk to and only a short ride in to Hoi An

Top stay at Nipa Villa! We loved the semi-remote location, amongst the rice fields and away from the busy center. The place is a dream, the rooms are gorgeous, very comfy and perfectly quiet (+ great views!) The hosts are friendly and super helpful. One of our favourite accommodation in Vietnam so far.

Build works going on next door so a lot of noise but it wasnt that bad even the builders were friendly guys!!

Our room the grand suite was very good size with a full wrap around terrace even had a bed on the balcony!! It is situated were real Vietnamese people live not a tourist in site everyone of them had a smile or a wave for us!. Nice pool unfortunately the weather was wet so didnt get to use it. Nice river view. Mr vu the man that runs it is a great guy so helpful. The lady that serves breakfast is a real sweatheart

Great spacious room with lovely bathroom and good bed. Pool was nice and spacious outside area. Just a short grab ride away from Hoi An old town. Please try the blind massage nearby.

Be careful with the grab app. Sometimes they miss the address and u need to check if they brought you to the right villa.

Mr. Vu was very helpful abd even with the weather against us, we enjoyed our stay. The pool and villa must be heaven during sunny days I'm Hoi An.

All power in the rooms is linked to your room key so we could not keep anything cold in the fridges while we were out for the day. The second pool with the spa is out of action and although still great value and an easy place to stay the photos on here are out dated and it is a little run down compared to its pre covid life as a wellness centre. That said we would still stay here again as we travelled on a budget and felt safe and at home here.

Quiet location on the river away from the hustle and bustle and only a short grab/taxi ride from central Hoi An. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool that was in operation was lovely. Not fancy but great value for money. Bonus tip: climb the wrought iron stairs near the pool to the roof for amazing views from the old roof top yoga studio.

The traditional charm of the building, spacious rooms with lovely bathrooms. The pool and garden and fish pond were all beautiful. Quiet location near good cafes. 1 km from Cua Dai beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast could be better.

Beautiful spacious room and great to lounge around. Free bikes were the best transport for the area. Loved the country and Riverside surrounds. Also enjoyed the top floor yoga room - not operating but fantastic views and great for a morning yoga and exercise area.

The bedstead seems old and was making noise when you try to move a bit in bed.

The staff are very friendly, quiet and clean room. Beautiful swimming pool with very clean water although the pool tiles are little bit sharp for your toes. Enjoyed the stay a lot in the villa. Breakfast is simple but tastes good.
