I think the cleaners should clean the rooms a bit better, my first room had a lot of ants in there which ended into my luggage and clothes. I also noticed that the floor was barely cleaned. Aside from that the hotel was perfect, the owners were really nice and made me feel at home. Provided that issue with the ants is solved I would definitely go back there.

Our stay in Hanoi, Vietnam was a wonderful experience. Thank you to NT Elysian Hotel management and staff for making our Hanoi trip more relaxed and less hassle. Tommy, one of the owners has been very accommodating since the moment my booking was confirmed. He made sure that all your needs and concerns are regarded and answered. They offer an airport pick up which is almost the same cost as grab.. They help their guests in planning for their tour itineraries as well as in booking for the transport or tours. The Hotel staff, Walkie is a jolly, friendly lad. He knows how to establish good rapport to his guests. His vibrant energy and friendliness is one of a kind. Doha, working on night shift and also one of the owners is very accommodating too Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be warmly greeted by the hotel staff with their smiles, a warm cup of tea and vietnamese sweet treats. They help with your luggage. I booked for two superior rooms but they gave me a free upgrade for 1 room which is a plus point for them. There is an elevator in the hotel.The room is spacious clean with an bathroom equipped with hot and cold showers with essential toiletries, and a hair dryer. The room is cleaned daily with new fresh towels. There is a laundry service at 2 dollars per Kg. There was no noise inside the room despite being situated in the old quarters. Everything is easily accessible (restaurants, eateries, pharmacy,, grocery, beauty products, shops for clothing, souvenirs, etc. there is a night market in Hanoi every weekend and it is just two blocks away from the hotel. The hotel staff's hospitality (they do not consider you only as a guest but as their family,. Tommy is still in communication with us even after our check in making sure that we are ok.); the accessibility to everything,; the cleanliness of the rooms make the overall experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

this was the first place we stayed in Vietnam and I couldn't imagine a better choice. the facilities are not the fanciest, but everything you need is there and we truly could not have asked for more. the real standout is the staff. Tommy, Walkie, and Doha were all so kind and they really went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our experience not only in Hanoi but in the rest of Vietnam as well. the recommendations they gave for both Hanoi and our next stop in Ninh Binh were great. they very efficiently organized our travel from the hotel to Ninh Binh and we had to do essentially no work. they also helped me get a very good and very cheap SIM card super quickly without even having to leave the hotel. staying here was a really really great experience all around.

The stay at the hotel was really nice! However, the major highlight of the stay was Tommy and the rest of the staff. Immediately when arriving we could join a small party including food and drinks and numerous tips on the city and possible tour options in the North of Vietnam. Tommy helped us with an amazing Ha Giang loop tour in which everything was as communicated beforehand! Ultimately, they went the extra mile on the night we returned from Ha Giang when they ensured we had a good night rest after arriving at 03:00. We would definitely recommend to stay at the hotel, but also to book tours via Tommy!

Tommy and his brother were real hosts and made me feel very welcome. I arrived very early and they offered me tea, fruit and a room to have a shower. Plus, they gave great advice on places to visit and restaurants. Thank you, my stay was short, but I enjoyed it!

It would've been great if there was breakfast included in the price. And the bed was too hard for me. But apart from that I've had a really nice stay!

The owners of the hotel are great and very helpful, location is very central but didnt have any nuisance from the noise! Once you figure out how the shower works its the best one ive had in Vietnam.

Lack of ventilation in the bathroom area, which caused some moulds. One of our rooms on the first floor facing the street smelled like prawns when you leave the window open.

Great location close to shops and dining, staff are friendly and helpful. Gave us tips which sights to visit. They booked our airport pick up and drop off and gave us discounts when an issue with one of the rooms arose.
