Everything was perfect!

Well located in the center of Hanoi, close to the street market, restos and bars. The area becomes more alive after 4pm. The hostel is clean, their resto serves good food and the staff Nancy & Billy are just amazing! You can book tours and they take care of everything! I went back 3 times!

Everything was really nice!!

Nancy was really helpful and organized all the tour for me and was always reachable. The service is really a thing that makes worth to stay there. Besides that, some conveniences were really nice, like they bring you to the places where you take the transportations and really take care of you. They always have good tipps for you and explain you how things work. On top, the free beer was something really nice and nancy is able to suggest you a place to get some exotic stuff like worms (close to the hostel) and a nice place to try craft beers too. The structure and location is awesone as well! They also allowed me to do a late check out and take a shower also after the check out! They are really lovely and friendly!! I would highly recommend to stay there!!!

I loved everything I can't fault this place

Lee and Nancy are the best tour guides I've ever seen!! They treat you like family and make you feel super comfortable and go above and beyond to make sure you have the best trip of your life! It was extremely easy to meet amazing people at this hostel and the location was perfect! Near all the good food and places to go out!

The doors to the dorms are quite loud when being shut, so it’s hard to stay asleep with people coming and going at all times of the night.

This might be the best hostel i’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were spacious, the entire property was incredibly clean. In the dorm rooms there is a shower and bathroom which was super convenient! Lockers with locks, and lots of common areas to sit and socialize. They serve free beer every night from 6:30-7 where you can meet others and socialize! They also sell drinks and food all day. The staff are super helpful and will help you book any excursions or help you to figure out how to get somewhere. Centrally located and walkable around the Old Quarter

It’s not really the establishment or staffs fault but other guests could try to respect the house rules.

Property was nice and pretty clean for the most part. The beds were super comfortable and rooms were spacious with excellent air con. Shout out to the staff at the front - Nancy and Thang - for their outstanding customer service. When I first came, I made changes to my reservation that I had just booked and Thang helped me out swiftly. I ended up staying the 2 nights because a friend came into town so I probably could’ve kept my original booking. However, Nancy was able to help me extend without any issues and even gave me amazing suggestions for food around Hanoi. I really enjoyed the warm welcome and friendly attitudes from the staff. I most definitely will stay here again in the future. I wanted to do Ha Giang and was going back and forth on what to do since my friend who was staying elsewhere wanted to do it together. The staff gave me a lot of helpful information on it and ultimately I had to make changes to my plans a few times because of my friend’s timeline and my visa situation. From speaking with other guests at the hostel, they highly recommended booking the ha giant loop with this hostel and that it was their top highlight in Vietnam.

No complaints whatsoever

Everything. The staff were so helpful, the food and bar were fantastic. Dorm room was very comfortable, showers were some of the best during my travels. Location set back from Ramon road gave some peace and quiet, plus provided some much needed shade. Free beer for 30 minutes every evening. Highly recommend this wonderful Hanoi hostel.

As you had to put toilet paper in the bin and not down the toilet, the bins provided in the bathroom could have been bigger/cleaned more regularly. Also provide a bin in the dorm space.

Despite its proximity to the noisy centre, the hostel was always quiet! Good air-con, the beds were really comfortable and the curtain round the bed was good for privacy and keeping light/noise out. I booked the Halong Bay tour via Nancy at reception and I had a wonderful time- I would definitely recommend! Breakfast was also very decent and affordable. The hostel helped me book a return taxi to airport which was useful. Plenty of storage for luggage in the room. I was bottom bunk which I was grateful for as the steps to the top bunk looked a bit tricky to navigate.

The staff - Nancy in particular - were just amazing. Nancy is one of the best people I have ever met while travelling who did more for me as a first-time solo traveller than I could ever imagine anyone doing. My view is not a rare one - the friends I made at the hostel and amazing time I had remain inextricably linked from Nancy's ability to easily book, advise, and direct. This hostel was the perfect way to start my trip - a bad thing in only that nothing else lived up to it! Otherwise, a lovely, clean, well-located and exceedingly friendly hostel I cannot recommend enough. The best I found in Hanoi.

I think they had a 2nd building with a swimming pool, Just to let you know, this does not exist anymore. So if you're booking the place because of the pool, i guess book somewhere else. But overall, I loved it here. The pool was just a plus to me but in all honestly i don't really use it :P

Awesome location, everything is near and walking distance. The hostel is clean and the lockers are big which is perfect for someone traveling with equipment like me. There's even another headboard locker by your bed which is very unique and helpful. oh yeah, for every floor there is a common bathroom but the dorm also comes with its own bathroom. The best thing about this hostel is the free walking tour and the free beer from 6pm-6:30pm. This is the best time and spot if you're a solo traveller but wanna meet other travelers as well. I met some cool peeps during the morning walking tour and our group decided to carry on exploring Hanoi by having lunch together, we spent the whole afternoon together then we freshened up for dinner and had a few beers at the Beer street. So yes, I had fun here, highly recommended!

Nothing I can think of

The location of this hostel is amazing. Most things are nearby and it’s in a nice street with lots of restaurants; but located in an alleyway so that you don’t get bothered by outside noise. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the facilities are modern. The sitting area on the ground floor is a great place to run into people and the hostel organizes many activities to make friends (such as cooking classes and walking tours). On top of that, the hostel organizes many all-inclusive tours such as tours to Sapa, Ha Giang Loop, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay & Cat Ba, et cetera. I have had amazing experiences with the tours booked by the hostel. Special shoutout to Nancy, for being so nice and helpful throughout our stay. She always gave us honest advice on the best tours, gave us restaurant recommendations without us even having to ask for it and always stayed in touch with us as we were on a tour booked through the hostel to make sure we were okay. Genuinely would recommend this hostel to everyone visiting Hanoi. 10/10 experience.

This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The facilities were very good, it was quiet in the rooms but very social generally - the free beer in the evening made it so easy to make friends. Nancy is a lovely host and really goes the extra mile for everyone! I booked the Ha Giang Loop and Halong Bay with Nancy - she gave good advice and used good companies. It's also an ideal location in the middle of the old quarter. Highly recommended

Very nice hostel and excellent facilities! The staff is super friendly and helpful, one of the best hostels I've been to so far. I did the cooking class and a tour along the river with the hostel, it was a wonderful experience! The location is very central, but surprisingly also very quiet. Beds are very comfortable with lockers, tablets, plugs and individual lamps.
