There should be a bath tube in the room, and the pool support and beach delivery service should be better. My kids left a small bucket with sand and small creatures they found on the beach at the swimming pool, and it disappeared. We asked the staff, they claimed to see the bucket but didn’t know who took it (at least they could look at the camera). Breakfast was not too varied, chicken was not good except Pho. Some areas had musty smell, especially the area near the pool. It’s quite boring at night with a small corner lounge open up until 10 or 11pm as I remember. No spa when I came. However I like the tidiness and the quiet in my room.

The pool area was not inviting and could simply be fixed by adding lots of greenery. It was like a concrete wall all around which made it unpleasant to relax there. Could fix easily with some light music and greenery. Also staff members on towel duty was not friendly and just sat on his phone and smoked all the time. Clearly not enjoying his job. Did not even try to make conversation or smile.

Excellent choice of hotel. Staff very helpful and nice. Breakfast was wonderful and lots of choices.

The pool let the hotel down. The interior of the hotel is exceptional and for very little they could make the pool area a place to enjoy. The poolman looked bored and unhelpful. Disappointing.

The hotel was awesome! The king bed was super comfy, and the breakfast buffet was a hit. They had a great selection of western and Asian dishes. The kids loved the swimming pool. It was super clean and fun. We had a great time at Pullman!

The pool is a plastic pool that feels very cheap and inappropriate for this kind of hotel. The pool area also needs some serious revamp. The lighting control in the room is also a nightmare. It is not intuitive! Noisy neighbors because of a team building event.

Hotel is at a very good location, best part are the rooms , very spacious and clean rooms . Very close to the beach. One of best Indian restaurants Benares is location in the hotel. Overall nice stay

The hotel was crowded during our stay (it was a public holiday,) so the breakfast restaurant and the swimming pool were overcrowded.

The location of the hotel is great. It's close to a shopping mall (Lotte Mart,) and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly, and the room is great.

There were 2 main points that me and my partner didn't like about the hotel. We felt that the standard of the swimming pool was very low. Almost like a 2 or 3 star hotel swimming pool and considering it was supposed to be a 5 star international hotel, this was quite disappointing. What we didn't like about the pool is that the design of the pool and the area around the outside of the pool was quite poorly designed with only a small area in the shade and also the design of the pool felt quite low class. It didn't fit at all with the hotel. The second point that we weren't big fans of was the buffet breakfast, considering again that it's supposed to be a 5 star hotel. And compared with other 5 star hotels that I've stayed at around the world. Although the quality of the buffet food at breakfast time was good, the choice was very limited and I feel like at that standard of hotel. There should be a lot more breakfast options each morning.

I liked the design of the hotel which was very arty. The lobby was beautiful, as was my room in the executive level of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, helping one of my friends rent a motorbike. They were there whenever we needed them to assist. Also, the location was great only 600 m away from back beach. Only about 50 m away from lotte supermarket and close to a bunch of seafood restaurants and some coffee shops.

Spacious room with large bathroom. Open closet convenient for clothes hanging and change out. Built-in luggage rack provided. Breakfast has many local and international varieties of good taste.

Broken shower tap. Breakfast was meh.

Room good. Shower broken, could only use hand held shower. Breakfast looked really good, but bacon undercooked and no flavour whatsoever, and western food in general totally lacked flavour. Very clean hotel and quite central.

pool is worse than the one in imperial or malibu hotel or ibis hotel... why dont u upgrade it,
