since the market is so close- you can hear the marching band playing music past midnight so if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue.

They accepted payments only in cash, which I had not been informed about in advance. They even had a sticker saying they accept VISA and MasterCard at the receptionist's desk, but it turned out to be misleading. The receptionists do not speak much of English, but it was not a problem, as we managed to communicate with the help of Google translator. Only body towels were available, and the hotel would make you pay extra if you "use it as a mop or rug", but they mopped our room's floors while we were staying there and changed the towels daily, so just one towel per person was not a problem.

Good value for money. Good location. Lots of bars and restaurants next door. The night market is just a minute walk from the hotel. The room was tiny, no AC, but the fan did its job. You can rent a scooter at a good price at the reception.

There is a noisyish bar next door so ask for a room away from the front.

Well located for centre and night market. Coffee houses across the street for relaxing early morning beverage. Room made up every day, really clean.

Stayed over Tet holidays, family room either side of our double room and both were ridiculously noisy. Had to go out and tell them to be quiet multiple times, it was also right next to the stairs. Possibly noisiest hotel I’ve ever been in, the room wasn’t fully cleaned and tiny. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Mold in room near window that can't be opened. Had studio apartment k ground floor Nó windows , no aircon, Just a dehumidifier and fan, was sweaty everyday

Bad customer service at front desk

Front Desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They managed to get us tickets to Saigon even though most tickets were sold off due to holiday season. They even gave us a wake up call at 5.30am to ensure that we didn't miss the bus. Special touches like this made our time in Dalat a memorable one. Thank you again

The room for 2 people was small, tiny. Actually the smallest room I've been to in Vietnam. Maybe 7 or 8 m2. Just bed, with 2 tiny pillows. For this price, 350k, could be better. Room has no ac or heater with a window to ventilation shaft.

Bed wasn't clean with torn pillow cover. The room smelled. I know it's a budget place, but for same price range you can find way better options in town. I checked out and moved to another place the next day.

Words will not describe how bad this hotel is I have never experienced anything like this it was absolutely filthy pictures are nothing like the room there was lumps of dust in every corner the curtain was hanging off the wall the staff wore not one bit friendly they tryed to over charge us on the hotel even when we checked out a day earlier than our original stay it was that bad. I can not believe this is on booking.com Any reviews that had good ratings have clearly never stayed in a nice hotel before ; much better hotels out there for the same price.

The receptionists (met two during our stay) hardly spoke/understand any English. Most of the time, they were just surfing YouTube. Basic room. No Aircon. No coffee/teas provided. No bathroom mat - why? 3 pillows for 2 pax. 3 hangers for 2 pax. 1 key per room.
