Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. FinlandThey accepted payments only in cash, which I had not been informed about in advance. They even had a sticker saying they accept VISA and MasterCard at the receptionist's desk, but it turned out to be misleading. The receptionists do not speak much of English, but it was not a problem, as we managed to communicate with the help of Google translator. Only body towels were available, and the hotel would make you pay extra if you "use it as a mop or rug", but they mopped our room's floors while we were staying there and changed the towels daily, so just one towel per person was not a problem.
Good value for money. Good location. Lots of bars and restaurants next door. The night market is just a minute walk from the hotel. The room was tiny, no AC, but the fan did its job. You can rent a scooter at a good price at the reception.

Had to go out and tell them to be quiet multiple times, it was also right next to the stairs. Possibly noisiest hotel I’ve ever been in, the room wasn’t fully cleaned and tiny. Wouldn’t recommend at all

RussiaThe room for 2 people was small, tiny. Actually the smallest room I've been to in Vietnam. Maybe 7 or 8 m2. Just bed, with 2 tiny pillows. For this price, 350k, could be better. Room has no ac or heater with a window to ventilation shaft.

IrelandWords will not describe how bad this hotel is I have never experienced anything like this it was absolutely filthy pictures are nothing like the room there was lumps of dust in every corner the curtain was hanging off the wall the staff wore not one bit friendly they tryed to over charge us on the hotel even when we checked out a day earlier than our original stay it was that bad. I can not believe this is on booking.com Any reviews that had good ratings have clearly never stayed in a nice hotel before ; much better hotels out there for the same price.
