Good value with a great bfast. Location a bit out of the way but walkable to activities and stores

The bathroom mirror has no light. The lighting in general is a little dark in some locations. It’was hard for us to do makeup.

Breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient. Most of the staff was great. However, my sister had an issue with a staff member who wanted to double charge her for the breakfasts she already paid in advance. When she showed that staff member the receipt she got at the time she paid for her breakfast by cash, the staff gave my sister a very non sense reason. We suspect there may be some bad staff members who were trying to over charge guests. Lots of guests may not have paid attention to the final charge and the overcharge transactions may have gone through successfully.

Too far from restaurants & shops. Although there were a few touristy ones there was not much selection unless you walked several minutes. Or took a cab.

Lovely rooms, good facilities. The staff were brilliant & very friendly. Coffee shop and bar were great. Lovely views at the front of the hotel over the beach. Very clean and well maintained.

Hotel is of stylish design. I am given a room on 21/f. Ocean view is very gorgeous. I particularly like the swimming pool and jacuzzi, though not really big, of well designed with ocean view and well kept !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the incredibly friendly staff, who made me feel truly welcome. When I arrived, my room was not ready, but it was a last-minute booking! It only took a few minutes to wait.

Clean and well-appointed hotel across the road from the beach. The breakfast buffet was sensational - fresh with loads of options. The upstairs bar has an amazing view with a great happy hour 2 for 1 and bar snacks. The pool (is fresh) and the sauna and steam room and large spa were very welcome after wandering around Da Nang by foot all day! The beach is across the road and you can walk up and down that ALL DAY - so much to see and do!

The cost of having a little laundry done. While the cost of the hotel was reasonable, the cost of laundry was not (over £30)
