The location was right in the hart of the city, easy to locate when wondering around.

The staff so helpful, Miss Tracy was there for any questions and just couldn’t do enough for us.

The Rex is a lovely hotel tucked just off the main lake in the old part of town. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and try their utmost to accommodate any requests. The food is top quality whether you want Vietnamese or world cuisine. The pool is a tad small if you are an Olympian but deep & long enough for a nice leisurely work out for us other people. Nice little rooftop bar with views over the city. The finishes, from a builder point of view, are top quality.

Location was perfect and the staff were great. But having the roof top bar was the best giving us a great view to contemplate our next moves.

I missed the Pho in breakfast 🥲. Perhaps the room was a little bit smaller than I expected, but very clean and comfortable

The people in reception is great, very attentive and willing to help you. Terrace is very beautiful. Location is just in the center of Old Quarter. You can walk and have nearby many stores, restaurants, street beer, etc.

Internet was a not great in the room but ok in other parts of hotel but probably should have reach out to staff to get fixed. Beds are firm.

Stay was great, breakfast lots of options hit cold and they do a lovely panacotta in the dessert fridge. Staff were helpful & very friendly. Great location in Old QTR. Lots of places to eat and close to night market on weekends.

Hotel was in a great location right in the Old QTR. Staff were great, very friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Room were clean and big enough for what we needed.

Location location location👌. The hotel was just beautiful. Loved the size of the room with a separate lounge area and an extra toilet. Located in the guts of Old Quarter which made easy walking to everything, markets, restaurants, sight seeing, hop on hop off buses. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Provided a breakfast box when we left early in the morning for the airport which was very appreciated as food at the airport is quite expensive. Loved my time at the Rex Hotel. Worth every cent ❤️❤️

If I had to say something maybe a little noisy during the night.

A bit of street noise however the city police is enforcing a midnight ban so that good people can sleep enough!

Very good location at the heart of the historical quarter. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. We were offered a very nice room upgrade.

We had a room at the front on the street so it did get a little noisy at night. A small price to pay to be right in the centre of things

The Hotel was great and the location in the old quarter brilliant The staff were welcoming and helpful. The Breakfast was good with a good selection of western and Asian fare
