Location is perfect, the service is great, rooms are clean and breakfast is super extended (variety of food). The hotel has been so helpful with everything during our stay: change to a better room, trips and tips. Even when we left, they still helped us with communication troubles with our transfer to SaPa. So far the best service in Hanoi and we look forward to stay there again.

An outside pool would have been ideal. indoor pool too enclosed. If the pool was outside, this would have been perfect. Speciality coffee would have been nice to be included at breakfast too.

Good location, walking distance to the centre, if anything it was too much in the middle as arrived late at night and was so busy getting in by taxi and in the middle of the market. Staff very friendly and attentive and allowed us to leave our bags overnight whilst we went on a trip. Reception staff chased our driver for our trip without even asking, despite the trip not being booked through them.

Friendly, helpful staff, super soft bed linen. Firm but comfortable beds, delicious buffet breakfast, roof top bar with great selection of cocktails. Superb location in the midst of it all!

Anything I would say on here would be overly picky based on the cost etc, so all in all I was very happy.

The location in the centre of the old town was very good, lovely staff who were very attentive. Nice sky bar. Decent pool. Breakfast was good.

Shower in bath is not a good design. Breakfast area is not big enough and can get very hectic.

Right in the heart of the action. Our room, Junior Suite, was very good. Only issue was the shower in the bath is not a good design. Water leaks everywhere. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were excellent.

The location of the hotel was in a great spot as it was close to all the markets for shopping and close to lots of restaurants. All the staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and accommodating. I would like to say a special thank you to Rose for going above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

Buffet was limited and bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Mould around the bathtub however this was cleaned as soon as we alerted the staff.

The location is excellent, we had a King suite and this was very roomy and comfortable. Staff are amazing, especially Kim.

We came and went from the hotel so stayed 3 seperate nights in 3 different rooms/floors. The rooms on the 2nd floor were quite noisy and a little dungeon-esque so would recommend requesting a room floor 3 and above. Also when the night market is on the street music plays till 10pm so if you want to get to sleep earlier pack ear plugs.

The hotel’s location is right near the night market - very centrally located in the old quarter of Hanoi. But to be honest the best part of this hotel is the staff - they were all amazing and really cared about looking after their guests. A big thank you to Kim and Rose and the other staff in reception who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help with anything we needed. We were able to leave our bags there while we went on 2 separate overnight trips, and they were so accommodating when we needed to change our nights because of last minute change of plans. Our two boys also loved the fuseball and pool table plus the view from the rooftop sky bar is amazing.

The location is great. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. The rooftop bar was a wonderful place to visit every evening, with a spectacular view!

Shower was cold with very low pressure

The property is in a fantastic location in the old quarter and a short walk to the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way if I had a problem. Breakfast looked good, we were leaving early in the morning so staff arranged for us to take breakfast before it officially opened.
