The bathroom is quite small and you have to shower over the toilet etc.Fridge didn’t work, room did not have a great smell throughout the stay.Photos look better than real life.

The staff were really friendly and helpful here. View was beautiful and only about a 10 min walk to the main strip. Close to Moana also!Overall it was an okay stay.

This was my worst stay in my 1 month traveling in Vietnam. There was a constant smell of cigarettes coming into my room throughout the day. The room also smelled like paint/chemicals and there were no windows. I went outside my room during one of the strong cigarette smelling moments and saw one of the employees smoking a cigarette in the kitchen. The smell was coming right into the vent into my room. The manager tried telling me it was the guests in the room next to me, basically calling me a liar, when I saw it was an employee with my own eyes. He offered a partial refund for my stay but then never actually gave me any refund whatsoever. I was very uncomfortable during this entire stay, my hair and clothes reaked like cigarettes from their employee smoking all day every day. Terrible customer service and terrible value for the money. Wish I had stayed elsewhere.

24-hour reception - no! We waited for almost two hours after our arrival and the receptionist who came was very far from friendly; there was no safe in the room; AND there were some small animals running above the wooden ceiling all night making a lot of noise

Overall a nice stay, pleasant and comfortable room, nice people at the reception (with the exception below)... but ⬇️

We were on floor seven but the lift stopped at five so you had to manage the narrow stairs the next two flights, the room is very dated no safe doors missing from wardrobe No hot water in the bathroom

no soundproof at all, my room is come with balcony city view at 2nd floor even requested higher floor, that's still fine, worse case is we can't sleep well at night because the soundproofing really bad. i thought i am sleep beside the road, can hear clearly vehicles pass by and people talking. Furthermore, reception is not 24/7, we have mentioned we will check in at 6am-7am few days before arrival, they said they will let us check in early subject to room availability without mention any extra charges, we arrived at 6am but wait until 7am only have staff there. And they charge us for early check in even they have room available, if so, they should let us know before arrival, we can accept it, just not on the spot charge us. Because many of my friends went Sapa, booked other different hotels, they didn't get charged as long as hotel have room available.

Most staff didn't speak English and our were not cleaned when we were there. We asked for more towels and toilet paper and these we on delivered to the room

The shower was absolutely freezing! We found our room to be dirty. We also found a cockroach under our pillow which made me uneasy for the entire night. Breakfast was very basic. When receiving my laundry back I was missing a sock and sports bra padding. The pictures are extremely inaccurate of the outside seating area. We actually had this hotel booked for a second night but cancelled and went somewhere else.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Laundry was done quickly.

Window was broken, bathroom smelled like sewer water, there wasn’t hot water, there wasn’t heat. Very thin walls.

The owners were lovely. You can rent a bike. You can get laundry done. Breakfast was good

No hot water. The “mountain view” was behind the bed and very small. Pretty dirty. Not a good breakfast. It was hard to communicate with the staff who didn’t speak English when we had questions.

The room itself didn’t have a real mountain view although it shows it does in photo and you can pay more for Mountain View room The rooms are quite outdated compared to photos on website and smelled quite musty, it is a great value for money for the location itself but it is not a luxury hotel as shown in photos and rooms could use a update and could have been cleaner

The staff are super friendly and welcoming Breakfast was very nice and filling, pancakes were delicious Tony was very helpful and kind to us Location is amazing beautiful mountains on your door step The bed itself and quilt was very comfortable
