Tiny, noisy, overcrowded rooms. Not far from the beach, but the area is not great. If you are looking for somewhere cheap, it will do. But a rating of 9 in booking.com is completely misleading. Ended up leaving a day earlier.

I guess it's OK ig you are 19 and want to meet people, they do organise lots of socials

Unfortunately my room was super small and stuffy the free shuttles also only go one way and not that often and since the hostel is quite far from the lively area that made it quite hard to reach

The whole place feels really crammed, almost claustrophobic. The sleeping cabins are too low in height, you can't even sit without bending your neck, and I'm not a tall person. The rooms are small, overfilled with beds, leaving narrow couloirs to walk, which are also filled with backpacks,. So you must slalom or walk over them. They advertise free bikes and also a swimming pool. The pool was empty and the bikes were not available. At the front desk, the welcoming was poor, the lady seemed really unhappy and overworked. Maybe she had a bad day. But overall the place felt like they care about money and not about people. I stayed one night and left early the next day. I would not go back there.

I am pretty disappointed about the location. I thought it was just near the beach or easy to go there, but for me, it was not. It is a bit far from the city center, so if you are commuting like me it would be expensive (if grab car). But if you rent a motorcycle, I guess it's just fine.

I really like the toilet, which is just right beside the girls' room - very accessible. I also like how spacious it is, although it's a shared room.

I came in around midnight as told... the guy at the reception didn't even say hay. He just pointed at some bench and said "Sit" like I'm a dog or something? I wanted to check-in but he pointed at his noodle soup and let me wait till he had finished his meal... then a whole discussion started about my passport, without asking he was going through the pages of my passport. He took pictures of old stamps which was totally irrelevant, I asked him why he did that and then he got angry, he deletedit and said i couldn't check-in. His lack of English communication was the worse. He could just asked me for the visa papers (which are digital nowadays) so I don't understand this whole process in the first place... then more yelling and argession towards me. He was really rude and degenerating towards me (woman) and he sended me away. Ofcourse I didn't want to stay here anyway so I left and cancelled the booking.

The dorms were quite cramped. The room with six beds was too small, and the bed I stayed in didn't have enough headspace for a 5-foot-9 man like me.

Their staff members were incredibly supportive. They really deserve a perfect score of 10! They served a vegan Vietnamese sandwich for breakfast, which was great because there were no nearby restaurants.

We were in a 4 bed dorm, the beds were fine but there were no small lights and only a small locker underneath the bed. The backpacks did not fit so they were on the floor which left barely any room to walk.Not many food options, rather expensive tours and the pool was full of "kit" rests. Quite expensive for what we got.

Staff was friendly and the option to rent bicycles for free is great!

The rooms looks modern on the photos but actually had a lot of cracks in the walls and damp. The beds were not comfortable at all and the wifi basically didn’t work. There was no water left in the room like was advertised. We also spotted several cockroaches in the hotel when we were coming down from the roof terrace. There was also a giant shoe print on the back of my door The location is quite far out of the way of the main beaches in Da Nang so not the best for getting back to at night. Also the Mountain View that was advertised wasn’t exactly the case - as shown in the photos The walls were so thin, that I could hear all the talking at the bar on the floor above the music was so loud you could hear it in your rooms just the same as on the roof. People walking up and down the stairs all night you could hear everything. For the price of the private room for one night, you can get much better accommodation somewhere else

Staff were nice and the organised tour to see the dragon bridge was convenient- although they only provided the shuttle there and not back.

The place looks close to the beach but not the actual beach where the cafes are and people hang out. The rooftop pool is just for decoration. The alcohol price is one of the most expensive I've seen in Vietnam. I think the place is overpriced for what you get.

Tours and food were way overpriced, the location was not good, the rooftop was cramped and the "pool" is essentially a large bathtub, they tried to put me in a room with a broken AC and a locker that didn't stay locked. I also one night asked to rent a bicycle early in the morning the next day (to go to the beach to see the sunrise and surf), and the stsff person told me no problem. I wake up early the next day and go down and they said it had a punctured tire. Maybe not their fault but very frustrating. I then asked to rent a motorbike, but the staff person working had to call someone else - keep in mind, this was at 6am. After 3 unanswered calls I said forcet it, walked to the beach (which is far) and missed the sunrise. Changed to another hostel in a better location the next day for less than half the price.

It is much more run down than the photos. No soundproofing whatsoever, but it's quiet enough overnight. The bed is incredibly hard. No enclosed shower. The room wasn't cleaned very well.

Friendly staff and shuttle car to a few areas in the city. Very affordable.

Don’t do your laundry here! They essentially wash, dry & dump it in a bag! I had to redo my washing as the clothes were all majorly wrinkled!

Room needs a very good clean. We turned up and someone had obviously been sleeping in the bed and she said the sheets had been changed, but the definitely had not been. They did chnage them when we asked. 1 sink for multiple people to share, no kettle.

The dorm we were in wasn’t at all as described when we booked. The hostel was a bit misleading in that it described couches and being sound proof. Pictures of our dorm aren’t online at all and I can see why, very cramped and felt claustrophobic . Noise wasn’t much of an issue but clearly no soundproofing attempts, so not sure why that’s listed. Also, no couches anywhere. Check out is 11am but cleaners were in the bathrooms by 10am and cleaning rooms then too. A huge inconvenience.

The staff were fantastic. Would go above and beyond and were up for a good yarn. bed big and comfy with proper blankets!

NOISY AND HIT INN THE ROOM

The window was doing too much noise , AC and was at 26 Super hot , the people in the hall where very noisy , swimming pool super small. have a 4G + on the roof my head was boiling too much radiation also from WiFi . wfi was not very fast
