one big downside to this hostel is the music played continuously. There is no place where you can sit quietly. It would be so much better if the music volume were turned down, start later on the day (not 8 a.m!) and if they would also allow for an hour without music.

Very cozy and social hostel. Bonfires in the garden for the 2 evenings I stayed there. All the facilities are great, nice capsule beds, very helpful staff (I booked the Ha Giang loop tour through this hostel - everything was perfectly organized).

The scooters were terrible, old and not serviced correctly. Ours had terrible brakes and caused us to crash. We used bicycles from then on.

Loved the hostels facilities with the pool table and table tennis. The staff were friendly and kept the fires going during the evenings.

The staff knew a lot but was not always very friendly. The last morning I woke up very sick (food poisening) and they could provide me a late check-out but only if I payed for it.

Lovely hostel in Tam Coc. You can hire bikes, scooters etc and it's a great location to go off to explore the area. People are very nice and it's easy to connect to other travellers.

The light in the room was very dim.The bathroom lacked body wash or shampoo which is usually provided in many hostels. Also, the inner part of the locker is dirty and the lockers are interconnected from the behind which isn't comforting for many travellers.

In the dormitory, there's only one toilet - something to take note if everyone is rushing to check out and some may not have enough time for showering and brushing teeth (bathroom and washroom together and we usually locked the door for our own usage) and it takes turns I wasn't aware of the common washroom until the day of my checkout, haha! The common washroom is good to know for those who have toilet rush after waking up - maybe staff can inform us when we check in

This common area feels like a resort or a clubhouse, people are just enjoying and taking it easy There's an in house bar and restaurant which looks cool (although I didn't explore much) I am the only Asian backpacker here - and yet I'm welcomed by many westerner backpackers Knowledgeable and helpful reception - they address all our questions immediately Spacious baggage storage area, if you have valuables like laptop bag u can ask reception to hold it for you at their counter which is safe Locker right below bunk bed, very convenient Resort styled toilet Don't look anywhere - just book this place at your convenience, it's right next to tam coc boat station and lots of affordable restaurants outside of the hostel Generally people do not take advantage of tourists here, so worry less about overcharging unlike in Hanoi

the privacy curtains cover only like 80% of the pod bed we saw 3 rats by the pool on my last night. no soap in the bathrooms - which during COVID is plain irresponsible of the hostel

I mad a not so good experience with the laundry service. Unfortunately my cloth were very smell after washing so that I had to wash them again elsewhere.

One of the best hostel I have been to. Great vibe to meet people, chill and have amazing food and drinks. After 11PM it was super quiet in the Hostel, so you can have a good sleep. The rooms, bathrooms and social area were always clean.

Backpacker Hostel at the right spot. Good vibes without being noisy, super friendly and helpful staff. Its missing double rooms for couples, but definitely the place to go.
