You can arrange a breakfast for a reasonable price. .. Also facilitate the Inmates for a black tea / coffee will make them afresh .

Make some space to traveller to sit and relax....read....write etc.... Inmates should keep quite while sleeping. ...it is quite noisy ......they are talking over phone whole night. ...makes others sleepless.

Nice hostel in the old town of Hanoi, you are in the middle of the action. The beds are quite good, and you got your privacy in the dorm, because every bed has curtains, its own fan, light and power supply.

Bathroom hygiene, but that's what happens when one bathroom is shared on 6 people.

The owner is a G! Great guy! Very knowledgeable on world history and knowledgeable in general! The people who are guests at the hostel are not your usual "youngster hostel fellas" whom you can meet, it's more older people, chinese middle aged and older people. They are still friendly but wouldn't recommend for a young person looking to meet people to hang out with. And since the people who live there are like that, using the bathroom is a bit of a challenge as everybody shits, pisses and spits when they use it so you get a little bit of a bad feeling before going in. But hey, when you gotta shits, you gotta shits. It's very cheap though, great location right into the action. In the mornings there is not too much noise. It's okay for a layover or 2 nights. Especially if you get it with friends. I was by myself. You also get a safety lock with a lock and a key which is useful. Owner is a great guy! I would recommend this hostel, especially for backpackers and shortterm. PS The review system says I'm from Belgium

The facilities are a little outdated, and the common area is very small/cramped for space. There were quite a few mosquitos inside the dorm. However, the staff moved a fan to my bed, which helped keep them away whilst I slept.

The receptionist, Anh, is the kindest hostel worker I have met during my stay in Vietnam. He constantly went out of his way to help me, give me advice, and make my stay more comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable. I met many nice people that were also staying there at the same time.

I had a bad night due to some unrespectful people that were doing a lot of noise during most part of the night. Bad luck for me. Maybe the hostel could emphasized on silent behavior in dormitory for people that are not used to.

Anh was really nice and helping. He helped us in every way at his sleeping time too. The only con was it was on 1st floor (I think most Vietnam bookings are) but he took our luggage upstairs without any issues. Will come back to same hostel if needed

I had found the owner to be an extremely helpful guy! He even went along with me to have a parcel shipped and supplied me with the packaging materials! He will even post send the parcel to me at a later time. Very - VERY - good service for a very low budget accommodation!

The hostel is friendly and in a great location. 10 minutes from train street on foot. Cafes and markets In walking distance. Everything withing a 30 minute walk. The owner went above and beyond to help with anything that we needed. 5 stars for him. Extended our stay and will return

The location is superb, right in the old quarter area. It is very close to Dong Xuan, the famous market, just a 3-minute walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was placed in a room filled with many male tourists for the first night, and the staff offered to help me move to another room with more girls, which I appreciated. The room was quiet and comfy, and the restroom was cleaner than many hostels in Hanoi. Also, the price was very affordable for backpackers.

There are two dormitories with multiple beds and one bathroom. So bathroom is always busy and dirty and also things are broken. Toiletries seat is smaller then the ceramics part and broken. You will literally feel like seating on the ceramics part. So the door of washroom is very loud. Whole night people will be using it and it's banging. No air conditioning. Fans in your bed and it's unsafe. The charging points spark . For the same budget cost , I got very good hostel with complimentary breakfast and free beers in evening. Bedsheets were also dirty. Wifi also broken frequently . No place for seating or chilling or working on your laptop. No additional area other then dormitories. No locker.

Totally scam! Be careful with this place They wrote that there were still rooms when in fact all were occupied. It was confirmed via whatsapp chat when we arrived at 2 am that all the beds were occupied. An old man came after the bell rang and told their hostel full tonight and let us to leave rudely. No apology at all, shame.
