Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaThe breakfast was poor. There are not many options to choose, the food was not salty at all and the salt shaker was useless since the dal was wet.
The location is good, the beach is 5mins walk, there are many shops around and you will also find great options to eat. Bed are comfortable.

NorwayAll bathrooms were flooded with water when showering. On departure day there was no hot water They tried to charge almost double the price, "a problem with the system" when I pointed out the correct price. The hotel hijacked my Booking.com review by giving themselves a mark of 10. I guess they felt safe since my first stay for two days had been almost one month ago. My second stay was also two days. I fear this is done with other customers as well to boost their ratings!!
Room 701 (window looks into a gray wall 1 meter away), rooms 502 and 602 have a window toward the city. Breakfast is average at best. When there are enough customers there will be a buffet.

IsraelTwo things. There were no hot water, in both our rooms. Despite being on the 7th floor, we had a lot of noise coming from (I believe) beach parties nearby, going on until late. The promised “soundproofing” had no effect.
We’ve only stayed for one night after landing from Hanoi. The rooms were nice and the hotel seems new.

JapanBreakfast is horrible. Only edible things there is fruits, cornflakes and bread. Coffee is non drinkable. They serve margarine instead of butter, they cannot make even a simple pancake just fried egg. Muesli, yoghurt or healthy bread is not served. Half of guests there are foreigners and everybody complained about the breakfast. Yet management done nothing. For this price it’s a huge disappointment.

Canadaupon checking out we were asked to pay for a "dirty towel charge" even though the towel was just used to clean our face. Also charged for drinking 2 small water bottles even though water was supposes to be provided as part of the room.
