Such sweet staff and great location. The pool was fine and food in the restaurant delicious.

We had the most amazing time here and would love to come back! The staff were brilliant- from the front desk, porter, cleaners and chefs, we couldn’t have felt more welcome and cared about. Beds were comfy and rooms are quiet. The location was easy walking distance to all the markets, shops, lakes and other attractions. Plus, a rooftop pool with an amazing view? What’s not to like…

Absolutely fantastic. I stayed 1 night to celebrate my anniversary before we flew to our homecountry. They did the absolute most. They are the kindest personnel I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. From the doorman to the reception and from the barstaff to the breakfast crew and even the housekeeping. Everybody was so incredibly friendly. They did everything to make our stay perfect, without any extra charge, simply out of service. I can and will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you so much to everybody❤️

The pool is currently going through a renovation, which ultimately is unavoidable and I think it will improve the top area overall, it did mean we couldn't really use the pool. I don't want to rate them down for this though

I’ve taken a point off because the WiFi didn’t work (room 210) and I had no signal either. This was very inconvenient.

People smoking at the front seating area of hotel. You have to walk past smokers to enter hotel lobby and if the doors are left open the smell of smoke wafts in. Not nice :(

Unfortunately the pool was closed for cleaning before summer season starts but it wasn't an issue for us as it wasn't super hot when we were there. We would definitely come back here.

We loved our stay here - the location is great with lots of great restaurants and bars in walking distance. The staff are truly amazing. They go above and beyond for you and are so kind and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Perfect for a city break when you are out and about all day.

Hotel has a good location on the border of the old quarter so we could walk to all sightseeing spots from the hotel. Breakfast was great with many dishes to choose from in the buffet. People on reception are very friendly and speak English fluently, so communication was easy. Lily on reception organized for us a trip to Ha Long Bay which we enjoyed a lot. I had to travel to/from airport few times because my companion was on a different plane. Traveling from the airport via a taxi organized by the hotel was much more convenient for me than using Grab (local Uber) because parking area in the airport is somewhat complex and hectic.

Fantastically kept hotel, smells beautiful and very clean. The room was outstanding and great value. The breakfast offering is superb and the staff are very helpful. If you are like myself and want to keep fit whilst travelling, the gym they have is great for what it is. Better than most hotels in Hanoi and an independent gym in the city costs 400,000 VND for a day pass.

Doors could be more soundproofed as there were some really noisy and inconsiderate other guests, but not a fault of the hotel at all, just feedback as it would be an easy fix (I hope)! This is a new revamped hotel and it is doing really well.

Our other hotel cancelled our reservation the day we were due to stay, but in hindsight, a good thing they did, as our stay at the Champton was brilliant! The staff were attentive, helpful and willing to move mountains to accommodate. The room was larger than expected, and had everything you needed. The bar and restaurant were also good for the size of the hotel and everything you want for a city break. The location was also great, really central and lots around and easy to get places. Would recommend!
