Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff very helpful. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The Myst Dong Khoi is a beautiful hotel, centrally located with a boutique type atmosphere. It is decorated with a unique style that I loved. The staff were exceptional, friendly and welcoming. It is centrally located within Saigon. Two bonuses were the amazing breakfast that is included and the late check out. We only had one night, but I wish we had more. It was my favourite hotel during our time in Vietnam and I would definitely stay there again.

Although the room was comfortable and clean, it was quite dark which made it feel a little stuffy. Without the air-conditioning on, there was a slight odour from the bathroom as well. The breakfast was OK but would be great to see some more vegan/vegetarian options for guests with dietary requirements

The hotel was in a fantastic location for us. The staff had exceptional customer service and were very professional. The complimentary mini bar was nice and the rooftop bar was a great place to relax in the afternoon

The coffee maker in my room did not work. I stayed in a top level room on 14, but it was a bit noisy from the pool filter motor, a lot of gurgling 24/7. Bar a bit noisy. Awkward cutting through the dining room to separate elevator, although it was nice to be secluded from the other guest room floors.

Amazing Breakfast, Wonderful decor in the rooms and lobby, Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Nice veranda in front of the main lobby.

Nothing that really mattered, a few small things maybe. But we would choose the Myst again.

The room was okay in size, maybe a little impractable (storage room, sink in the bedroom). The room was reasonably quiet, but you would hear noisy neighbors. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a nice experience after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was very nice and you could order more from the egg menu. The restaurant offered good dinner options. There is a pleasant bar at the lobby entrance (outdoors) where you could enjoy a cold beer. The location is excellent, a lot of things can be reached on foot. There are two 7-11 shops within a few feet.

Stylish and elegant. A fabulous hotel in a great location. The pool bar is a must. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea with the string quartet! The spa bath in the balcony was a great addition.

Gym could be a bit bigger. Staff was burning incense when I was working out.

At the 11th floor one can hear the preparation of breakfast in the early morning. That is making too much noise. Also, it would be nice if there would be mosquito netting at the balcony door; then one could sleep with the door open, without using AC.

Please leave a pot of coffee out on the breakfast buffet. Ordering coffee drinks is nice but having ready access to hot coffee and water is breakfast buffet basics.
