The location is superb, with the old town right on our doorstep. We used the bikes every day to explore and really enjoyed being able to come back to the quietness of the hotel after bustling through the tourist spots. The room was lovely and spacious. My only suggestion would be to replace plastic water bottles with spots where you could fill your own bottles - better for the planet

My room had no view and was quite dark, I know it has been a room category I booked but price was comparable to other hotels nearby for junior suite with view over the river. Room had strong smell of humidity/ musky smell from A/C.

Great location for a walk to Ancient town, right in the centre. Good food by the pool and in the restaurant and the swimming pool was lovely after a busy morning out.

The meats at breakfast (sausages, bacon) were cold or luke warm, and the bed was too firm for me (these are minor things). No lift, but the stairs were ok for us.

Where to start…. The staff is incredibly friendly, all of them, they go out of their way to make it comfortable and convenient. We had complimentary massages with our room, and that was just incredible! The room is clean and neat and really very spacious! And the bed!!! Oh my word so comfy and the bedding just incredible. The hotel is located close to the old town and the night market makes it great for easy access to everything. Being in a very busy part of town, the rooms are very sound proof and you don’t hear any noise from street. The vibe and atmosphere in and around the hotel is just amazing! We loved every bit of our stay and will definitely recommend the hotel. The breakfast is great but not really catered towards westerners but as they say “when in Rome”. Food was still very fresh and well prepared. The food at the Salt restaurant we had one evening is just as incredible and delicious. If I ever visit HoiAn again I will definitely stay there! Keep up the good work! Highly recommend!

Our stay was lovely, Staff was very friendly and attentiv. Breakfast was delicious with a Variety of dishes. Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet (which is not easy to find in Vietnam), but also next to the old city and Night market. Bicycles were free to take a Trip around the area. Unfortunately we had no time to visit the spa. If I ever visit Hoi An again, I will definitely stay here again. It is like vacation from busy and loud vietnam. We Tool

The cold weather we had for the first 3 days, you don't get to enjoy the area as much when its cold.. But when its warm it was great

Property was excellent, Location is great so for a first timer to Hoi An it was great Breakfast was good overall...you had to order eggs that were cooked however you wanted, but the bacon was pre cooked and cold in the main area.. l would rather order both delivered hot...cereal choice was corn flakes/ cocoa pops and fruit loops...loved it The facilities are great, the bikes are good, pool area is great, just have to schedule in sun time - 11am- 3pm Hoi An is a happening place, especially after 5pm. l have not visited a place with so much going on in such a medium size area, and the Signature is right at the start of it.

For one of us the matress was a bit hard and slightly skewed to the outside, while for the other the gym could be a touch bigger. However, this is complaining on a very high level. The hotel is really great.

Very friendly and professional staff. Ideally situated at the beginning of Hoi An Ancient Town. The hotel, the rooms and the pool area are beautiful. It is a stylish hotel. Also the restauant is stylish and quite tasty.

What a fantastic hotel! Our room was very clean, large bath and nice shower. The bed was a bit on the firmer side for my liking but still very comfortable with great pillows! The hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast for our earlier departing flight. In an excellent location great for walking around.

By far my favourite hotel I booked in Vietnam. The rooms are excellent, very comfortable and spacious. This hotel is well located, close to all the attractions and the lantern boat rides. I also recommend the massages at this property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our requests. Strongly recommend!

Very minor items, lack of towel hooks/rails in the room, shower door design - lack clearance for mat which made it hard not wet the floor.

A pool bar open until 6 and the main bar that is really just a part of the restaurant and closes at 10. It would have been nice to have a 'proper' hotel bar with longer hours. We felt that although the rooms were adequate size there was no where to unpack our cases and we lived out of our cases for the week. Not ideal.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Hoi An. Staff were fantastic, always helpful and happy to deal with any request. Very good buffet breakfast. Decent pool area for a centre of town location. Wonderful spa and massage.

The only little issue we had was that there was limited hot water when showering but not really an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at The Signature Hotel Hoi An. It’s very well located to walk everywhere in Old Town and the staff were super helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the bonus of visits to the Spa. We would definitely stay again.
