To be fair, for a hotel in hoh chi minh city it's a really nice hotel. The room we had was not to big but clean and we had all we needed, the bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was outstanding (pancakes are soo goood) The dinner there is ok-isch not the best we had but ok :-) All in all fair price what you get :-)

Bathroom smell Long waiting for food

Very good location. A lot of shops and restaursnts next to the hotel. Breakfast was good. Most of staff does not speak english well. The ground floor restaurant is small but rather busy so you can wait longer for your food. Bathroom was smelly(odour from pipes probably). Water in the shower only warm, simetimes even not warm enough.

I saw two big cockroaches in the bathroom but they were upside down so they didn't disturb me, just disgusting:))

The only minus was that the balcony was on the side of the night clubs street and we could hear the noise and loud music all night long.

The hotel is located in one of the colorful small streets in district one. Walking distance from main atractions of the city. Downstairs restaurant with 10% discount for guests. Very nice stuff and helpful manager. Included breakfast was ok, you could choose one dish and one drink from a few things listed in the breakfast menu. Room was really nice, clean and modern. We have got a room with a balcony, but it was really tiny (one person standing could fit). We would gladly stay there one more time.

Location was close to everything which was great, maybe a little too close to party streets so bit loud in some areas. But not too bad.

Cosy room, the decoration was pretty. Didn’t expect that as Vietnamese hotels have usually very basic, cold, white rooms. Restaurant on the first floor which was convenient. Breakfast included. The narrow street is pretty quiet and nice, backpackers vibes.

Nothing really to complain about for that price level.

The room (501) was spacious and clean, and not too noisy for Bui Vien (the party street of Sai Gon). The breakfast was alright (eggs and coffee). The wifi works well enough. The hotel is located on top of the "Asian Kitchen" restaurant in a small alley, which makes it less noisy than the main Bui Vien street. They provide toiletries, towels, and water. There's a desk to use one's laptop. The price is competitive.

Mattress was old, worn with bits of spring sticking thro. Cut my foot on one. Everything else was fine.

It's hard to find the first time, because it is behind the restaurant. The room may need some updates like painting the wall. Wrong remote for the AC can't control the temp.

We booked an extra night as we liked the hotel and city so much, a slight miscommunication happened were we had to change rooms, but they discounted the stay and was apologetic, this didn’t ruin anything for us what so ever! Only thing is in the new room the bathroom has a window facing an empty space of the hotel (which seems like some sort of ventilation) I think should be tinted/sealed as you feel a little on show.

The location was great, not too noisy considering how close to Walking street it is. Breakfast was included in the very affordable price and was delicious. Staff were lovely and attentive. The place was decorated stylish. Happy hour in the restaurant down stairs!
