This hotel is in a new beach area develpment that is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The room is large and comfortable.

United StatesThe hotel was running on generator power. They did not tell us until we arrived that the whole area had not had electricity for 4 days before we arrived. The water was not very hot in the shower, and the bathroom would flood when you tried to shower.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, and air-conditioning worked. Very clean.

United KingdomThe location is the main thing as the immediate area is very much still under development. There are many empty shop units and most restaurants are attached to the hotels around. You needed to venture further afield for bars etc. I’m sure in time it will be a nice area but how long that will take I’m not sure as there didn’t seem to be much work taking place. As regards the property itself, due to the suspended ceilings in the bathrooms the noise transfer from apartment 603 was very loud at times especially with inconsiderate guests in that room. Not sure how the hotel can make structural alterations to nullify this. Finally, we weren’t overly impressed with the cleanliness of the beach or the sea with quite a lot of rubbish being left by people or washed up.
Kelly was brilliant from the outset when I left my bag in a taxi and did everything to ensure its safe return within an hour. She was great throughout our stay as she spoke very good English. We had an apartment (602) which was a large room with a double and a single bed, small kitchenette which we didn’t use plus bathroom for a 4 nights stay. There is also what we would call a terrace rather than a balcony which was spacious and shared with apartment 601 next door. The bed was very comfortable and tea / coffee making facilities available plus bottled water available daily. Fridge available (2 in fact) that were great for keeping drinks cold. Bathroom facilities were very good with an excellent shower. There is a restaurant within the hotel although we didn’t eat in at all. The servicing of the rooms is essentially on request which wasn’t a problem to us although we didn’t appreciate that this was how it worked. Again, the staff were very helpful if you asked for fresh towels, water or a bathroom clean etc. Value for money was very good. The beach is a 5 minutes walk from the property.

IrelandWhen we arrived to the hotel reception to check in, 2 staff members started taking pictures of us and laughing. I asked the lady at reception who had very good English if she could ask them to stop. She said something to them in Vietnamese, and they all laughed. As we got into the lift to go to our room, they continued to take pictures of us. We've been in Vietnam for 3 weeks and have had such warm and friendly welcomes in all of our hotels to date, so naturally this was very disappointing. We decided to check out, and we got a full refund thanks to customer service at booking.com
