The Hotel staff were absolutely amazing, including the Uncle who looks after the bikes in the parking lot underneath the building. They were my main reasons in giving such high scores. We also ended up forgetting one of our passports in the room on the day of check out and they had the cleaning team find it for us and hold it for us until we could get a taxi back to the Hotel to retrieve it. Now that is what I call amazing customer service!

The bathroom set up was very strange. Didn’t like that the bathroom got very wet after shower and that the door blocked the shower entrance.

Really nice building in a nice area of town. Walkable to great restaurants and cafes. The rooms were nice and spacious.

Stayed here to run the Da Nang marathon - was a perfect location for us in Da Nang, close to the beach. The value for money was superb and the hotel very clean.

Sauna was down for maintenance, Wifi was good enough but not super fast.

Staff were great, really attentive and dealt with all my requests. The bed was super comfortable. This is my 3rd time booking a room at ViAn hotel. The shower and water quality is exceptional. I had a bare flare up on my face from my previous hotel, but the one at ViAn gave me no reaction. I was able to heal smoothly during my stay. Sauna was closed during my stay unfortunately but other than that everything was great. Room was spacious and feels upscale. This is now my go-to hotel in Da Nang.

Dissapointing hygiene level for the 4 star hotel. The bathroom was dirty, toilet not cleaned at all and linen with stain. We asked them to change our linen and they did it immediately. We booked the room with the window but it was sealed.

The hotel is at the great location. Stuff is so kind and very helpful. We even forgot jacket in the closet and they were kind to bother sending it to Ho Chi Minh City to us. Buffet breakfast was ok.

The Wi-Fi connection was always unbearably weak. The towels were clean, but a bit old and worn.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was definitely worth the money. The location is all right, 15 minutes away from the beach. There are variety of different cafes and convenient stores in the neighbourhood. The room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant smell. There were nice extras in the room, including a minibar, cups, spoons, free coffee and tea, several bottles of water every day, and toiletries and robes in the bathroom as well.

WiFi didn’t really work, housekeeping came very early in the morning. They knocked on even though we had a do not disturb sign at 08:40.

The only thing that let the hotel down was the cleanliness of the room, especially the towels that were not clean, and the bathroom floor had black hair's on it. Also, the shower glass and floor had not been cleaned properly.

Reception staff were very good and helpful with printing our boarding passes. Breakfast provided a good selection.. The television showed both Netflix and YouTube along with tv channels.

The breakfast wasn’t all that great. Very much Vietnamese food and we were a little over it at this point.

Location was nice. Decent walk to the beach and the dragon bridge. We only stayed for 1 night so it was perfect. Pool looked nice but the weather didn’t allow us to use it. Bed was comfortable and the room was super spacious. The shower was great!

Clean. Perfect location if you want to explore both the riverside and beach. The staff are amazing. I stayed here for 4 weeks and did not want to leave. I had a slight issue with my electricity but this was sorted within hours. No complaints. Would 100% stay here again and recommend highly.
