Nothing l didn't like but went in low season and the spa wasn't open. End up having a massage in a spa literally around the corner, it was great. I definitely recommend it

I didn’t like that they sold the property as a Spa and the pool was closed while I was there so again, not an accurate reflection on the property.

Convenient location, beautiful hotel, fully functional, especially the staff is very helpful and always smiling when we need assistance. I will return to the hotel when I come to Da Nang.

Pool was a bit cold but probably OK after warmer weather.

Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Brilliant staff. Great breakfast. Nice pool and gym. Fast laundry service. No noise from surrounding area. Slept well in a comfortable bed. For the money it's unbeatable!

The internet was very poor, its a shame, as it was the main reason I chose this hotel. I booked another for more time in Vietnam in Danang. Nice hotel just internet was poor.

Everything provided in the hotel was nice for how much I spent on the room. The breakfast was one of my favorite part of my stay, a variety of food and the timeframe to eat is reasonable. The staff were also extremely helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this hotel if you want a great experience.

The staff at this hotel are so sweet, kind, and helpful. They really make the experience that little bit more special! The hotel is clean and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept in in nearly 6 months of travelling Southeast Asia! The shower was really powerful and had hot water. There was an issue with the electricity when we were there and the staff offered discounts on tours and Grabs as compensation, which was nice. The included breakfast is very good quality for the price. Location is close to the beach and near to nice cafes and restaurants. This is an excellent value hotel and I would absolutely stay again if I was in Da Nang.

Big spacious room and comfortable bed & clean linens. Staff were mostly cheerful and enthusiastic. Breakfast spread was ok. Location was good close to beach and is on a quieter area which we preferred than other areas in Danang. Lots of restaurants and massage shops in this area. Have to use Grab to go everywhere but it is convenient and costs about 4-5 dollars
