Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IrelandLoved the hotel and the room. The staff are very friendly at the help desk with a good self-check-in system. The room itself is very modern and stylish. The hotel has excellent facilities including a gym and laundry on the 4th floor. There’s also a cool bar and swimming pool on the top floor with a view of the entire city.

AustraliaTV is in a weird position if you want to watch it from the couch, even though it pulls out you still have to angle yourself. However we were not there to watch TV so minor issue really. Also there are plenty of staff at the pool bar during the day but they won't serve (not even juice) till 5pm which I thought was a bit strange.
The location and view are fabulous. Breakfast is varied and abundant. The rooms are clean and appreciated the kitchen facilities and lounge area. We had a very pleasant stay. Pool has amazing views too. There is also a large WinMart nearby.

Great hotel and convenient location for my one-night stay. Rooms are modern and clean (but small, though it was obvious when booking). Gym was great too.

United StatesCould use more western selections at breakfast. Bacon, sausage, waffle and pancakes. Had a hard time figuring out how to control hot water in shower. Some simple instructions would be helpful.
Excellent location, many minimarts, restaurants and coffee shops within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Nice rooftop bar with view of dragon bridge. Good breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff.

MalaysiaMay consider to add the instruction for the hot shower. I only realise the water temperature can be adjusted on my second day Please note that if you on your room light at night without pull on the curtain. You will be seen clearly from the street unless you stay high enough The local TV channels are a lot. Perhaps can have some movie channels
The check in is so smooth, the workers are so helpful and easy communicate The bedroom is not big but clearly described in the page. Just nice for 1 or 2 persons without big luggage The view to the river is just nice Near to dragon bridge. Near to Di Lac Coffee Cafe. There are so many food restaurant, cafes nearby. Take a grab bike can go to My Khe beach. 10 mins to the airport The staff named Hana is so helpful. She even share with me another pharmacy opened during the tet holiday when the pharmacy next door closed. Their cafe opened on time from 630am. Food choices are good enouhh from noodles, breads, fruits, croissant, coffee, juices etc. And refilled on time! I think they do listen from the feedback given before this.

United KingdomNo coffee facilities in the room and only one machine for breakfast (queue!). You can ask for a kettle if you bring your own... (Why? Seriously... To make people pay for a coffee or tea at the bar?! Really...?! ) Laundry facilities could be improved (100k is higher than what you can find, it would be nice to have washer/dryer in one, so I don't have to go twice).
Western standards, riverside view is worth it (although you can't see the dragons head). Good breakfast choices. Cool common spaces, it would be nice to have some excuse to socialise....

AustraliaThe room was quite small. For one night it was ok, but jeez it was tiny. It reminded me of the EasyJet Hotel I stayed in once. Breakfast options are more geared towards a Korean clientele. I also found it incredibly frustrating due to the behaviour of some guests at breakfast - not the fault of the hotel, just a shocking lack of awareness of other people (pushing in line, monopolising facilities and standing in front of fridges etc others were trying to access).
Loved the view of the river. Bed was quite comfortable, and room was very quiet. Central Danang is a little underwhelming, but there's enough to occupy you for a day or so. The night market nearby is great.

AustraliaThe room was a bit small and a bit of an odd shape. There was no door to the shower part and therefore after a shower, the whole bathroom was very wet.
The river view was amazing! Could see the dragon bridge from our room. The lobby and check in area is on level 5 which also has a bar and also is where breakfast is served. Great views looking out to the river. We headed up to their rooftop bar for NYE and if the weather was nicer the pool would've been a great start to the new years! Even so, it was a lovely way to start the new years with "free flow" drinks and even some fireworks from the rooftop! Highly recommend. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

AustraliaGreat view but partially blocked by metal decorations on the outside of the windows, you can really only see straight ahead. The dragon bridge is partially obscured. A coffee machine that serves in PAPER cups...
The 24 hour stay is brilliant for airport departures. The USB chargers built in, small but nice room.

CanadaI can not think of anything that I didn't like. May be fresh coffee is better than the machine coffee. But who cares we were there to travel and enjoy.
Our stay at Wink Hotel was a pleasant experience. A girl name Tho at the reception was super helpful and accommodating. We asked for a an electric kettle and plates/utensils, cups in our room as we bring some fruits and make our coffee in hotel room. Tho provided us with everything we asked. She also helped us booking tours to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An with a great tour operator. Wink Hotel has Laundry facility on 4th floor which was super convenient for being a traveler and doing laundry at our own convenience. Hotel also had a Gym (we never used cuz we were walking 20+ km everyday). 5th floor has reception area and restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay and they offer many different varieties of breakfast. Only thing in breakfast that could improve is coffee. Instead of getting it from a dispensing machine, I would rather enjoy fresh coffee. Over all, we had great time staying at Wink Hotel Danang Riverside and won't hesitate to book it again. Thank you Wink Hotel staff ;)
