The room was dated and the bedding smelled of mould. Any food items that were open needed to be kept in the fridge because of tiny little ants getting in everything including the kettle.

I loved the different food and drink venue options. The bar has fantastic views and the meals were delicious. The property itself is spacious and visually appealing.

* The main restaurant was closed the time we stayed. * The shower in the rooms needs a curtain or a barrier glass as everything we showered we needed to use all the towels to wipe the floor. * State clearly on your site that airport transfers have a minimum Pax requirement. *

One of the front reception staff was extremely rude when we checked in which didn’t get our stay off to a good start. Towels in our room looked like they had bleach stains on them and were not suitable for paying guests. Food was pretty average. Tours were pretty expensive.

Apart from front reception staff the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fairly clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the daily newsletter. Loved the gold class cinema night.

There were extremely long delays occasionally for food and drink

Our room the shower head was broken. Communication not clear as I rang reception from our room to see what time the restaurant was open and was told from 8am until 10pm. As we arrived to the restaurant the opening hours are from 6pm to 10pm. Walk long distance from our room to the restaurant on the rainy night arrived at the restaurant completely wet. However we were given towels to dry while waiting for our tea, which we were very grateful for it.

The property was nice and tidy. Friendly,polite and respectful staff. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned.
