The microwave in the apartment is needled. I prefer warm milk with my coffee. The road to the farm needs to be worked upon. Without a 4x4 vehicle, it is quite hectic.

Breakfast was great. Waitron and chef were extremely accommodating of my special dietary requirements. Lovely.

I would like to sincerely thank Ardmore Guest Farm for our wonderful stay. My fiancee and I spent two nights there and loved absolutely everything about the place: the warm welcome, the rustic charm of the farm combined with modern comfort, our beautiful room (the Zulu suite, which we were even upgraded to!) with its thatched roof, and the restaurant with its delicious food and the wine’s excellent recommendations. Every member of the team was incredibly kind and helpful — a real pleasure. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the stunning Drakensberg mountain region! We had the pleasure of staying at Ardmore Guest Farm from 21–23 March, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The serene nature surrounding the farm, coupled with the charming presence of the animals, created such a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Jason, Mandoza, and Sindi for their outstanding hospitality and attentiveness. Their warm, friendly demeanor truly made us feel at home. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines beautiful nature, delightful animals, and exceptional service, I can’t recommend Ardmore Guest Farm enough. This is a place I’ll fondly remember and eagerly look forward to visiting again!

It’s a longish way on the gravel road. The trees at the Rhino cottage are overgrown and hide the views from both down and upstairs.

It’s a beautiful farm with live animals and very friendly people (staff). The cottages are private so you don’t bother or be bothered by your neighbours.

We had the best time ever at Ardmore Guest Farm, we enjoyed the spa en went hiking, the wine tasting was amazing Mandoza really knows his wines, all the staff went out of their way and really made us feel special.

The farm setting was relaxing. Staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Fun wine tasting at the farm, we would recommend it. Great daily breakfast included. We would recommend these accommodations.

Amazing staff and location! The food was excellent, and the lunch package was very nice and convenient for our hike. After some bees took refuge in our cottage, we were even given a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite!

Good place for quality time with children and grandchildren. They liked interaction with farm animals. Plenty of space to wander around and ride bikes.

Besides that the rooms were comfortable, place beautiful and everyone we interacted with from the reception to the restaurant amazing, I liked that there was no breakfast buffet, we chose from the menu what we would like to have for breakfast. I liked this because I feel it reduces food waste.
