Security, cleaning staff and reception ladies very friendly and knowledgeable. Pools and surroundings were clean and well maintained. Rondawel was well thought out . Very comfortable stay.

We were without Aircon the whole stay despite logging the call twice without response ... We arrived 13:30 and told to come back at 2pm to fetch keys?Information received online was that keys can be collected between 8 am & 2pm?When we arrived security n cleaning staff were wonderful but reception was nice but lack professionalism e.g. when I returned at 2pm I was given my keys without explanation where to go and when asked,which way, response was"just go straight up" as a pensioner I had to ask around to find my way?

The fact that this was my 2nd vist this year and the toliet was leaking when we arrived but soon got sorted . The oven was glass was loose and made it different for us to use the oven . The flies was very unpleasant.

We enjoyed all the facilities and the time away from home.

Long distance walk to the facilities.The fact that some of the activities closing at 7pm,like the mini golf and the trampolines.The bad connection to the Wifi.

Nature, activities and the entertainment,the fact that your Rondawels front door not facing,the other Rondawels,more private.The warm swimming pools,indoor and outdoors.

The beds were not comfy, hair dryer was broken and there was what seemed to sound like a leak or water dripping in the ceiling. The TV remote was the wrong remote for the TV make. There is no wifi and the TV is very small. The shower head jets were blocked.

The scenery was beautiful and pool facilities were amazing. It was our first time there so we enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean

Inside pool area requires maintenance and the games room needs upgrading. The price for the stay is equivalent to a five star hotel but without the extras.

The bed was hard.

The new upgraded Rondawels are beautiful and clean. It had all the necessary add ons to make it comfortable. The Wi-Fi, The Aicon etc.

On the checkout day I woke up to no electricity When I checked outside it seemed like there was electricity all around except the villa we were in. I checked the main switch and everything seemed to be in order except that the geyser was switched off. I called the after hours number which was provided as it was still 5am. The person who answered told me he is sending someone right away. My family and I had to start getting ready in the dark and took cold showers. We checked out around 7:30 and no one had come to check what was going on with the electricity. The lady at reception seemed oblivious to the situation.
