South AfricaThe staff at reception can be a bit more friendly and not act like they are doing you a favor. We were paying guests there. There is way too much restrictions on what you can and cannot do. It is a holiday resort after all, but it felt more like a military school. The securities guard the pools like policeman and staring at you the whole time. We were very uncomfortable. I am a paying member of ATKV and I must say it wasn't a nice first experience.
The facilities and entertainment were nice. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

South AfricaOn the second day we were there, they were busy with construction, 9am in the morning knocking tiles loudly. I complained to goudini, but nothing was done. We were not informed about it either. The next morning again there was maintenance done at the same time. No apology was given. We came for a relaxing time away, and that was not what we experienced. Night time came and the next morning my daughter had flea bites all over her body. And there were blood specs on the sheet. We were very disappointed in our stay and probably won't return here anytime soon.
