The dangerous plug in the kitchen. Mold in the shower. Broken tiles on pool steps. Unkept gardens. Poorly managed jacuzzi, people just walk into jacuzzi room. Outside of building not painted in years. No one pick up litter from previous evening around pool. No litter cleaned/cleared on pathways. General feeling of neglect.

Ice cream lady wasn't friendly on many occasions. My 5 year old got injured and they didn't have plaster at the office and took long for someone to come look at his injury. I suggest having first aiders on duty

The staff at the jacuzzi were not so great. Seemed a bit disorganised and the staff seemed a bit careless to care that some were not ready for use. It was an attitude of not caring to have it 'fixed'. And it was also an attitude of not really looking for accommodating/looking for alternatives to resolve the problem. Lastly, the bulb in the living room was far too dim for that are and the kitchen together but this is a minor point.

The accommodation was very good and pleasant. The grounds are excellent and very good for exercise. The pools were very good and clean.

The bathrooms was not clean..the sinks was full of hair like someone cut there hair before they leave. The shower flower was dirty. The upstairs toilet looked like it was going to come out of the ground. Dnt talk about the cleaning staff having loud conversations about the tenants what left the place so dirty they mosag etc ver verbal for other tenants listen to there bad mouthing the ppl. It looks like the badberg fields are for them to gossip. The appreciated the young lad that brought the braai grid and the mop that was not in the apartment. He was very nice and respectful.

I really enjoyed the space. The outdoor facilities.

I book 2 months back yet our house was so far from everything, while having kids we were forced to use out car. WIFI was a disaster. Signal was so bad. Note that our world revolves around communication, working remotely. We were forced to use our own data.

I have always loved Goudini the warm pools, the staff even the upgraded beautiful rondavels. The location is a bonus as it is just outside cpt.

Our stove didn't work.to little light in the rondawel no 30 as u come in u suppose to have light at that table.the loadshedding was a killer.y is it when it's loadshedding the bolands lights is on bt the rondawels lights is of.i don't think it was fair towards us that stayd in the rondawels that when it's loadshedding the our light go off bt boland is on we payd full just like the pple in the boland.i s your generator broken u have to speed up to fix it pls.bt over all I still like goudini I hope your team look into the matter otherwise u gonna loose business.

I didn't like the fact that when I booked in that there wasn't any Electricity an basically warm water as it got colder by the day and I had my baby with me that is on formula. None of the crisis was conveyed before hand to any of the clients prior to booking in. Due to the crisis with the Electricity the warm pools wasn't available for the two days basically an we as a family needed to travel for the entire day away from the resort for warm water and takeaways basically as the venue wasn't convenient to stay at at the time that the matter was being resolved.

I didn't receive any breakfast, I catered for myself. The location is always excellent. Just upon arrival there wasn't any electricity and warm water for the past two days since the Monday when I booked in with my family.

The koswerf was not very efficient and we waited a long time to be helped and eventually left without getting service.

I loved everything about the resort, the surroundings were serene and peaceful and the chalet was well equipped, I would most definitely like to go back some other time.

- The pillow wasn’t great, I struggled to sleep and woke up at 6 am with a headache. -The shower head and pressure was not great, awkward placing and didn’t enjoy the showering experience. - This is the 3rd time that this happens to us but the cleaner always tries to get out of cleaning the place. On this stay she only cleaned the kitchen and lounge area and when I asked her why she said she “felt like we didn’t need our bedrooms cleaned” I asked her if she could clean it and she did. Ideally it would be cleaned properly the first time since we opted in for cleaning

The changing rooms at the outdoor pools was being renovated during school holidays....not very logic. Was a mission getting the kids dressed in winter ,further out than it needed to be.

Mrs Jacobs at reception went over and above to accommodate our needs and im utterly impressed with the service we received. So a huge thank you from my side!
