South Africasafety for us and our car was a concern as the gate remains unlocked throughout the night. We came in late from a concert and Sun city and was woken up supper early by noise from staff. Shower rod in our unit didn't work but host was gracious to ask other guests to let us use their shower. There was no adapter of multi plug in the room to charge phones

South AfricaThe unprepared room outside, no fan nor aircon, dirty towels, no toilet, no bar fridge, too much mosquitoes that caused us sleepless night. The was totally no arrangements in that room for a guest, worst of not even a single glass nor cups in that room. Very very disappointed and i had to locate to the nearest Rantsho Guesthouse, what a pleasure as always to be there! I thought i was trying a new venture at Dithabeng but what an embarrassment and disappointment. I won't advice anyone to go there! We didn't even have breakfast what a lack of professionalism and communication!
To be honest nothing at all, it was not was what i expected as i have seen the pictures. What a boring Friday.

South AfricaWe were very inconvenienced to find our rooms not ready. Actually when we arrived at the guest house we found out that the owner booked us at another guest house which was not communicated to us before we arrived, the standard of the guest house she organized for us was very bad, it was terrible. We were not pleased with that arrangement. She had to make another arrangement to accommodate us. Hot water was not enough.... the last two people to bathed with cold water.
We were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience that caused by the owner. Otherwise the breakfast was good.
