Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I'm extremely mad and upset with the kind of money I paid for that room the bathroom wasn't clean properly. I show two bugs in my room the food was horrible. I don't know how you as isango gate will make it up to me but I will be waiting to hear. Its not the first time I'm staying with you. And I'm in the hospitality industry aswell so I know what is expected from a 5 start hotel and none and I mean none of any 5 start reament was delivered. I will be in pe on money if you chose too make it up to me with an nice relaxing room Monday would be time to do so. But I'm sorry I have to put this on social media. It's was disappointing and disgusting for an 5 start hotel

United Kingdomit was tired and dated decor, it all needed refreshing and replacing. there was no help from the receptionist who was astonished when we asked for more tea (only one bag per flavour was provided) and then brought up the wrong one. we were the only ones eating in the restaurant but it it still took an hour for our main course to arrive - missing bits but at least what we did have tasted nice and the waiter did his best. I had been trying to book the attached spa for a month but with sporadic and unhelpful contact from the team (who were lovely in person) it was all booked when we got there. Their loss as there are loads of other spas close by. the parking was supposed to be secure but the gate had been broken for a while.
