Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe sheet had some big spots seem to be oil and seem to be not washed. Both side cupboards of the bed had condoms inside seem like the place is used to have sex. I had to remove the sheet when I went to sleep as the mattress also had a big stain spot, I had to put half of a blanket over the stain spot and wear the other half. I couldn't wait for the morning to check out.

I liked nothing about the place. I booked it and paid but when I got there, there was still someone in the room that didn’t want to leave, so I had to wait for 2 hours in order to access the room. On top of that, they kicked me out in the morning telling me my time is up, whereas the people who I found there overstayed their time by over an hour and I was lenient to wait for them but when it came to me I was treated like a dog. Disgusting 🤮

South AfricaThe facilties from the outside to the inside. The Beds and the way the room was not as we expected. We chose the place because we wanted to swim because we saw they have a swimming pool and pictures are deceiving when we got the swimming pool was extremely dirty and it looked like it was never cleaned for the whole year. The place looked extreme dodgy and i would not recommend for anyone and me and my wife we only spend around 30 minutes there and we instead booked somewhere and slept somewhere because the reception there of the place was bad. The rooms do not even have a shower and toilet inside and i saw there is 1 bathroom that is being shared by everyone that is very much uncomfortable.
I did not like anything about the place the pictures are not what we expected when we got there as it is not as it shows on the pictures.

South AfricaI didn’t like anything about the place , The pictures that where put up on bookings.com Are nothing compared too once you get too the guest house It was very disappointing and not too what I had paid for
I didn’t like anything about the place the first room I was give smelled of fresh sex from other guest and the room wasn’t what I expected to compared to the pictures The overall bedding was with spotty sperms on them no effort was given to the whole cleanliness of the room. Second room I was given to wasn’t just okay , however I was told only check in was at 4pm to my surprise they wanted to use the room for their day use guest and when I can check in at 4 pm The stuff was rude and couldn’t comprehend the needs that we wanted to be carted for The stuff ignored any of our requests we wanted and not any of our needs wasn’t carted for.

I arrived and found out that they have already given my room to someone else, whereas I fully paid for it, I waited until someone checked out after 3 hours, it was a terrible experience I ever experienced, the owner of the property dropped my call whilst still talking when I was asking about the situation. The room inside are smelling and unclean and old beddings, and every was just off
