Unfortunately, the electricity is unpredictable. Went off and on about seven times in three hours, making it difficult to do anything.

The bed was hard in room 4. I think because it's new and unused. My lord, my poor hips.

Mary who was the restaurant manager I think was my hero app week. The cleaning staff were also very cool and friendly. My internet 🛜 connection was weak in room 2 and assistance was very quick and professional.

We had issues with the hot water in our tent and had to call for assistance twice, but the team reacted quickly. There are minimal braai facilities and little space or availability to make a fire to sit around at night. Having this option would have made the experience so much better.

We stayed in one of the tents - the bed was super comfortable, and the aircon in the room was most welcome and worked perfectly. The meals (breakfast and dinner) were yummy, and the service was great.

Very nice experience in these Glamping tents. The noises at night. It is very close to the gates of the kruger park. The next day we went on a safari with the guides of the hotel. We very much recomend!

The gates close pretty early so if you’re coming from a night adventure, you have to call the local number to let you in. (Resulting in international fees) Maybe there needs to be some sort of tap card for entering the gate after hours.

It was very accessible to Krugar National Park and the Panorama Route! The staff was extremely friendly and the units were clean and comfortable. The water pressure was good comes out nice and hot after waiting a min or 2. Breakfast was a nice perk.

Their family room is outdated. It's dark and sort of depressing. They should invest in better light fixtures. The room also appears to be neglected. It seems like it isn't cleaned often enough, so it ends up having a musky smell, which they try to cover up by using a chemical that makes it worse. The lighting should also be updated. The room

We took the option of having dinner and breakfast. I like that the dinner was a 3 course meal... you have the option to bring your own beverages (nonalcoholic/alcoholic ) I upgraded to their luxury queen room, and I must say it was exceptional

We locked ourselves out of the room. And it took housekeeping more than 30minutes to bring her keys to reception. Our bedding wasn’t changed, housekeeping only cleaned the room. We booked for 4 people, but only 2 cups were available in the room.

Coffee should be included in the dinner. Breakfast started only at 07:00. 06:00 would have been better so we could be at the Kruger National Park gate earlier.
