The smell of urine in both rooms. The condition of braai facilities. The general need of upkeep of chalets.. We in fact for sook our second night and moved elsewhere. Would certainly NOT recommend.

It looks like a property waiting for an upgrade - upgrade of at least the rooms. No wifi in the rooms is a disaster in current times ,where we book everything 'online'. We felt completely in wilderness with no wifi in the room - btw, wifi only available in the reception area, which is way off from the rooms.

The overall facilities were great. Staff were pleasant. room sufficiently spaced.

We loved the Lodge. We booked an Apartment. very nice. Equipped with everything you need. We booked with Breakfast, very delicious. it was very easy to book a Safari short Termin. thx to the staff!

If you put small fridge in the rooms for the drinks

The area has lot of rotten trees that can fall at anytime, lot of warms, there was no clean swimming pool, breakfast was bad they force you to eat what they like they said the owner said is not their problem if I dont eat pork and I must just eat whatever they give me. I will never sleep here again pr recommends for anyone I Know. On vacation we want to swim but it was really bad

Room was ok, but on my arrival I was given room 10.with no fridge, but when i complain they moved me to another room 5 and the location was very good

Nothing in particular, Just mosquitos that ended our playtime in the pool.

This is was a much needed trip. The facilities and tranquility was perfect for escaping the city. We enjoyed the pool after dinner.

the tents, it was raining and the rain came inside , the reception close at 9 and they lock all the doors, you only can get help from the security. they need to move the tents somewhere where the guests don’t hear the cars on the highway.

The first night our booked double room was not available due to repairs and we had to stay in a safari tent. From the second night we had a family room, but this did not meet our expectations based on the pictures in the ad. The ceiling were dirty or moldy. Likewise, the pool was dirty. Overall, it seemed to have once been a great accommodation on a beautiful site, however, everything seems to have come into the years.

The staff was very friendly. The bookable options for safaris are recommendable and were fun to do. The breakfast was quite good.

A short walking distance from the car to the safari tent, though we were offered assistance with our luggage. Our sheets were not changed on daily basis. No iron or fridge in the tent. Breakfast was good but dinner was not satisfying, the oil used in the food was too much for my liking.

The lodge is peaceful and beautiful. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

That there was nothing to use for self catering like a microwave or utensils no fridge had to use comunial kitchen that had nothing and not clean fridge not working microwave broken no lights at braaiplace
