Room was in need of maintenance. TV was not working, toilet seat was broken. All though there is a lot of facilities available as it was obviously not a high season all seemed neglected.

That we had to leave so soon.

The family chalet was very private and comfortable. The location of the chalet was excellent with walking access to the crocodile river and a short drive to the Kruger Malelane gate, we loved the birds and game that were spotted from the resort.

Great self catering close to Kruger gates. Brilliant being able to overlook the river. Host put the rugby on the bar TV and made everyone some food. Property got cleaned well everyday.

Chalets look out over Crocodile river and Kruger park, we saw so many animals just sitting on our stoep. Lovely comfortable beds and linen. Well Equipped kitchen.

Cottages are situated quite close to one another, not soundproof and it may be a bit noisy at times, also early as guests leave for the Park.

Nice setting on the banks of the Crocodile River, close to the Kruger National Park, well equipped cottages.

I did not like the service I got from booking.com. What they advertised and what they charged me were 2 totally different.

The blinds on the sliding door are almost transparent from outside; therefore no privacy at night when lights are on.

Beds were to firm Heating only available in one of the two rooms. It was unusually cold in Malelane at the time of our visit. Landlord explained that he was surprised that heating were needed at all.

Great view! I ticked one of the Big 5 before even before entering the park - a leopard :-O Very rare I was told, so don´t get your hopes up. The owner gave us a ride early in the morning to drop us off at the bus - that is what I call good service :-)

The property is small so did not feel crowded at all. kids were comfortable and could run around without us being worried about their whereabouts. Also loved the fact that the property has a generator which automatically kicks in when power goes off so did not feel the loadshedding stage 6 at all.

The chalet is located at a beautiful location, overlooking the Crocodile River. You can see some elephants, hippos, crocodiles and kudus from the bank. It’s also very close to the Kruger gate and great for when doing a safari. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff offers amazing service.

The air conditioner could not warm the room. There was only 1 blanket, so it was not well equipped for June's cold nights. The little bar chair at the table gets uncomfortable with longs sessions on a laptop.

The lighting in the kitchen was very low, especially for a self catering unit. The restaurant on the premises is very over priced.

The shower was broken spraying water to the ceiling and floor. The shower floor dirty. Microwave not cleaned and with oil/fat from previous guest. Main room bath window not opening and the bath door not closing. No gate and control for safety.

The view into Kruger National Park. Could see some elephants and Hippos. One pool clean pool kids could swim. The bedrooms sheets clean and beds comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious.
