Booking - there was a double booking and we had to state numerous times that we didn't want a baby cot. Game drive didn't meet our expectations. Game ranger (Goodman) not very efficient.

The houses were a bit outdated but were clean

Perfect Location in the middle of Dinokeng Game Reserve. The staff was so kind and the game drives were amazing.

Sadly breakfast was a dissaster, things missing, 3 meals finished before the 4th came along, toast only toasted on one side, but to be fair, they did refund some of the cost and offered free coffee. Be carefull if you want to go into the reserve as a self drive, the extra costs not shown in the booking and not the fault of the property was over R800 extra to take the bakkie and 4 people in for the two days, I do think the prices for the accomodation is high considering the age of the property and what the accomodation offers, there are better deals to be had.

The location is very good, the rooms are clean, but very rustic and old, but everything worked and it was comfortable. Resteraunt was cosy and food was good value for money. Staff are friendly and it would seem nothing is too much trouble. There looks to be a lot of changes and upgrades happening or planned and I would go again, but note, it is only due to its locatation to the reserve.

The ladies that clean literally just wipe the floor with the mop, no wiping of basins, toilet, etc. So they can greatly improve there.

Staff was friendly. The facilities are great, kids enjoyed the pool and we also enjoyed the organised activities.

The game drive was amazing, with our drive Gopolang. Gopolang was Exceptional, 👌 he knows everything!😂and so so so kind!.. The staff, we were warmly welcomed by Sinah. Such a wonderful lady. Our restaurant lady, Lerato!Great

Not much. Liked almost everything. Maybe they need to have a TV in the rooms.

There’s everything you need in the property, from cutlery to pots and dish soaps, all was there. It was worth the money. The property is very neat.

There were big cockroaches in the cottage and overall cleanliness of the kitchen area could have been better.

The staff were very sweet and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Our game drive guide was very friendly and made the whole experience awesome. Check-in and checkout was seamless and they accommodated when we had to change plans last minute.

The place needs an update. The bathrooms don't look so good. They need a revamp. The food was okay and they didn't have much of activities to do besides the pool and game drive

The rooms, they could use a little extra cleaning, moping the floors maybe, the rooms were clean ofcourse, but one could easily collect dust on the floors.

The location, the staff, one in particular (Sinah) at the Reception, she was genuinely nice and welcomed us and for the rest of our stay she made sure we were enjoying. The food...the highlight of our stay...the best food/dishes, made us want to try everything on their menu.

Mosquitoes inside the room were terrible so it was difficult to sleep. We understand it's summer and wish we brought repellent.

There were too many mosquitoes. The bathroom only provided shampoo and shower gel, not soap. There was only one big tower for each guest, no small tower. The smell of the room wasn't good. There is no fridge. By the time we wanted to check in, the room wasn't ready at 2PM when we arrived, we waited until 3PM and got the key.

Staffs are very nice. The early morning safari drive was an excellent experience. We saw 2/5 BIG FIVE.

The pool was out of order. There were groups of guests that were noisy and kept us up until 3am in the morning.

All restaurants in walking distance from the Chalet and the staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Water ran out

Everything was good. I did not use breakfast but had dinner and the food was good. The facility just ran out of water on the last day. Apart from the issue of water, we were happy. Braai facilities for all guests would be great.

Could have seen more of the wildlife. However they are in their natural habitat and its understandable.

There was lots of booming noise from the nearby location that didn't allow a peaceful night of sleep despite being deep in the Bush. Restaurant was very slow and menu a bit boring but people were very friendly and food served was good.

Nice venue lovely animals in the area friendly staff. Clean.
