We had a wonderful stay. The kids entertainment was perfect for my 6 year old. Our game driver Patrick was very knowledgeable about the local species. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They made my birthday trip very special with their surprises. Thank you I really appreciated.

The stay was absolutely marvelous, Sello was our waiter and he was absolutely incredible and went the extra mile. The entire staff was amazing. The game drive with Patric was refreshing he went out of his way to accommodate.

We had the most amazing trip to the lodge. The game drives and our guide were exceptional. We saw most of the big five on our first game drive! The hotel is lovely. The rooms are huge, comfortable and furnished with great amenities. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much. What a lovely lodge!

Nothing Perfect

The rooms are spacious and decorated with attention to detail 👌🏽Love the kids zone which is not common in most game reserves, making this a child friendly choice. The food was great, the staff always ready to assist. Vivi our guide was the best, we learnt a lot from our game drives and they were pleasant through out ✨

Next room was very loud in the middle of the night. Reception sorted it out. At times it seemed more of a resort hotel than emphasis on busch experience. Beverage service could be improved.

The food was excellent as well as the room. Spacious and serviced twice a day. The ranger tours as well were very good.

The food was okay. I do think more options could have been offered but it sufficed for the weekend.

The property is beautiful and peaceful. Seeing the stars at night added an extra touch of serenity to the experience. April, our guide on the game drives, is very knowledgeable and gave us extra insight beyond the animal life. It was great to also learn about the flora of the reserve. He is gifted in tracking the animals and got us an up-closing viewing of the elephants. The drive to the top of the mountain to catch the sunset was the cherry on top of cake. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The tourism fee caught me by surprise . Was a bit much pp , the swimming pool is ice cold , need a warm pool . Not much to do but lounge around Remind guests to bring board games for older kids

The rooms, the spa, outdoor restaurant and overall ambiance of the facility being 5-star. The game drives with Petro were top notch. The food was amazing and the staff extremely friendly and ready to serve anytime.

Nothing that we did not like. I would recommend more non-dairy options at the lunch menu. Breakfast and dinner were well catered for. There were always options available as alternatives at all the meals. The chef was accommodating.

A wonderful staff that I highly recommend. The staff are warm and welcoming. The food was well made, tasty and fresh. The children loved the kids club, enough activities to keep them occupied in the day. The gym facility is ultra modern and well supplied, matches the commercial gyms. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The game viewing was exceptional, very knowledgeable ranger took us on several viewings. We sighted 4 of the big 5. Reception and restaurant staff are attentive. One can see the passion for the work. We enjoyed the spa as well. All in all, great service.

Lefuno and the front of house team were exceptional. April is very knowledgeable about our indigenous plant species and the animals within the reserve and he is also very friendly and he made the game drive very informative and enjoyable. To the rest of the staff thank you for making our stay relaxing and pleasurable.

The suites are very spacious, with elegant finishes. The kids had adjoining rooms which was very cool for them. The staff are very friendly. The food is also very delicious 😋
