Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The first evening when I asked for places where we order or get food, their suggestion was to order through Uber while there was a place about 3-4 blocks away from this place. I know they were concerned about my safety but it was still early (Around 5:00 PM) to be getting mugged.
I liked the way the place was set up. Breakfast was really good. Bed was neat and comfortable. The staff were kind, respectful and helpful. I also liked the fact that it was close to tourist spots like the Museum, Zoo etc.

The room was freezing cold, the heater did not work properly, they gave us a room where the bathroom can be seen in the bedroom. Their rooms are not up to a B&B standard. It was like I paid to stay in a shack.

They were blown away by their hostess and her warmth and help. They loved the accommodation and ambience and said everything was so clean and inviting. Parking made for a relaxed break with no security issues. Proximity to the venue was a huge bonus. Beds were super, breakfast delicious. Thank you for a super stay.

Luckily Beula upgraded me to a room with 2 windows, then at least there was airflow in the room. I could hear the person staying next to me urinating. Walls are very thin. Too many rooms on too small a property.

Eswatini1. The way boss was rude the day we checked in and her attitude wasn't really nice. It didn't show a good customer service. 2. The rooms I saw don't have air conditioners, bar fridges, or microwave which I expected to find. 3. The bathroom and the shower are small, old and not very clean. 4. There are dry leaves all over the yard & passages which no one cleaned for the duration of my stay. 5. The laundry house is an old dilapidated timber shack that can fall anytime & was so unsightly. 6. Lastly, there is a two car linear garage, which requires constant consultation with the other guests each time you want to move out & vice versa if they entered the garage first, which I found so inconvenient.

The staff, breakfast, cleanliness all good. I had room 13. It did not have any windows with the exception of the bathroom. No windows in the sleeping room did not work for me. When looking at other rooms it appears that I had the only windowless room. So if you can avoid room 13, I recommend the place.
