A lovely Family owned lodge in a very nice and safe area. I was travelling alone and felt safe walking down to the beach. There are some nice restaurants just around the corner and Michael was super helpful and extremely welcoming.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

This property literally ticks all my boxes. Cleanliness, amazing bed, no carpets, great aircon, fast WiFi and a helpful host. Sam is a perfectionist, and I don’t think he is happy unless you are happy. Perfect location as well with lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Only slight issue was TV - to watch anything I had to log into Prime, Netflix etc which I really couldn’t be bothered to do - really only wanted to catch up on news etc so being able to turn the TV straight on would have been great and less of a faff.

Lovely bijou and personal hotel. Great host and staff that were very attentive and helpful. Location good. Breakfast, great not to have a buffet and to be served at your table. Choice fine - Sam advocado on toast would be a great addition and a nice alternative to cheese for vegetarians 🙂. Only stayed two nights but comfortable. Water in room great and thanks for the late check out, really appreciated the the extra couple of hours given the long flight ahead. Nice pool and outside seating area was peaceful and comfortable and relaxing.

It was all lovely

The location within Seapoint is absolutely ideal and perfect for anyone who likes it a bit more quiet. It has beautifully arranged rooms and outdoor spaces and is run by the most wonderful hosts and staff who are always there to help and share valuable tips.

Just something to be aware of if you come with a car: the parking is limited even on the street. We were able to park right in front of the lodge for the duration of our stay, but if there had been more guests with cars, it might have gotten more challenging.

The room was super cute and comfortable. We liked the nice sitting area outside. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. The host and staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer questions and provide suggestions for Cape Town and spectacularly scenic drives down the coast. We felt safe to walk around the neighbourhood. There were restaurants within walking distance, and we were within a short drive of all the major sightseeing, food, and shopping areas. It was a lovely stay and we'd come back.

There was indeed 24 hour power, the location was convenient and safe and the staff were exceptionally awesome. We look forward to staying at Loloho on our next visit to Capetown.

It is a terrific accommodation situated at Sea Point, very quite, good parking possibilities, very safe! Sam and Micheal are very friendly hosts, it is very clean, great breakfast, nice pool and surrounding, restaurants are even in walking distance. We really can recommend this accommodation and will be back! Sam and Micheal are wonderful!!! They speak many languages and give many great tips for capetown and other travel plans. Maybee could they have like an honestybar or similar.

We did visit Sam and his verry friendly team in four nights and we were verry satisified with everything, such high service, location, room, breakfast, pool etc. Its just 5 min walk to beach, and also verry near to jump on and off tourist buss, which we recommend to use every day. I would say its even nicer then the pictures. To be notified we payed for the larger room with own balconey

Not that we necessarily didn’t like it… but we had the small budget room and it’s definitely small - so be prepared if you select it! But the staff was very accommodating and checked in on us often!

The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! They were very hospitable and offered lots of recommendations for things to do in Cape Town.

Very friendly place! I wish we'd had warmer weather so that we could have used the pool - it looked so inviting. The room was a good size and beds very comfy. It's very quick and easy to get taxis from there to the Waterfront and city.
